Das Ronacher Thermal Spa Hotel

The rooms are large, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or relaxing in the spa. The wellness area is fantastic, with expansive indoor and outdoor thermal pools, numerous saunas, hammams, and a serene atmosphere. While massages are available, they are quite expensive - up to €75 for just 20 minutes. Meal service was exceptional throughout our stay. The multi-course dinners paired with a generous buffet selection offered something for every taste. We looked forward to each evening meal. The hotel ski shuttle is a huge plus - it will drop you off at any nearby ski slope and pick you up when you're done. This level of flexibility and comfort is rare and much appreciated. The afternoon snack service, which includes fresh fruit and cakes, is a lovely and delicious touch - and it’s included in the price. Unfortunately, our arrival was marred by a disappointing policy. We reached the hotel at noon and, despite rooms being available, were asked to pay a €165 fee to check in just two hours early. This felt quite unreasonable; especially as we departed at 8am on our last day and are regular guests. While it’s understandable that early check-ins at 8am should be discouraged, a more flexible approach for midday arrivals would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Waiting two hours in the car with a small child was not ideal. Despite the rocky start, our stay was wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. We would be happy to return in the future and hope to see a more guest-friendly check-in policy next time around.

Really 5 star mountain hotel. Everything was by perfect Very kind service in reception and in restaurants Best quality products and food on breakfast and for dinner especially buffet for dinner with tasty meet and different fishes. Very, very, very, very expensive. The price-quality ratio is completely unbalanced. The hotel is very old, it looks like a sanatorium. We paid 450 euros for an unrenovated room where it was impossible to breathe due to the stale smell coming from the carpet. We asked to change the room, and they gave us a renovated one for which we had to pay an additional 80 euros. They made sure to mention that they were doing us a favor with early check-in; otherwise, it would have cost 15 euros—it was around 2 PM. In conclusion, a very old hotel with a price far too high for what it offers.

After eight years of "visit" the universe of Ronacher want to express my admiration for the constant presence and attention that the staff reserve hotel guests. Of the numerous and attractive swimming pools, steam rooms, saunas, and outdoor spaces to relax, and SPA treatments is useless to talk about it because only experience can give a measure of how high. The restaurant, with its infinite variations and inventions never ceases to amaze, and the end of the evening with its live music is just the right atmosphere to live in this unique place. To stay in the rooms I think I have visited many different in different seasons when we were in the hotel (summer, autumn, winter, spring) and have always been an excellent hospitality and comfort. The hotel is truly a "universe", but out of it the nature and the views are no less. We come back to them every year. We need their attention!

Das Ronacher is one of our summer and winter holiday destinations for many years. "Sommerfrische" summer escape, is something one have to do in July with all the hospitality approaches you get in this hotel. Exquisite kitchen, is as well one of very important things, which leeds to decision to stay in this hotel.

A wonderful hotel, exceptional cuisine, incredible conditions. We visited Das Ronacher for New Year Eve 2023 and had an unforgettable holiday. Everything in the hotel is of a very high standard, and Mrs. Ronacher gives personal attention to each and every guest. The musical evenings create a wonderful atmosphere in the bar. I am giving this hotel the highest rating and will be happy to return.
