"The cleaning is very clean every day, the environment is clean and comfortable, the service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and the response is timely. The room facilities are complete and the daily use is very convenient. The surrounding facilities are also very complete. The small restaurant next to it tastes authentic and cost-effective. The overall experience is particularly good. It is highly recommended!"

"We booked the hotel because the photos and the description gave the impression that this was a quiet house on a natural plot. We were all the more shocked when we arrived to see that there was a high-voltage power line right in front of the hotel. The mast was almost directly in front of our balcony. You can't see any of it in the photos. The aerial photo should actually show it, but it was either taken before the high-voltage power line was built or it was faked. We felt like we had been duped! And it was by no means quiet on the balcony. Not far from the property there is a highway whose traffic noise makes it impossible to get any peace and quiet. Another thing that we found very disturbing was the low sink, which was obviously installed for children or very small people. There was also no storage space for our toiletries. A visit to the sauna had to be booked at least an hour in advance. It is outside the house. As it was raining, we didn't use it."

Hotel Goldener Knopf

"We were on the Via Rhenana walking and unfortunately were only one night in the hotel. We had already checked in and paid online before. All was smoothly. From the room we had a wonderful blcick on the Rhine. We had no balcony, it was not necessary, as there is a large terrace to cool only for guests. Coffee is available for free. The room was very large, very beautiful and clean, super comfortable bed and very quiet. The location of the hotel is very central. There is a guest house in the same house with terrace and view of the Rhine had closed this day. However, there is a large selection of other rooms around. The town is very nice and certainly a great starting point to explore the region. Our Bella pumpkin also liked it was also welcomed. We are happy to come back!"

Tiptop Hotel am Hochrhein ★★★
"The hotel is ideally suited as a stop and is located in a practical location right at the border. The hotel offers a great service - we arrived late, after 21:00, but we were waiting for the reception. The windows of our room and the terrace before offered a look at the Rhine and Switzerland. The room was clean, very well prepared and equipped with everything needed, including good Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. In the vicinity of the hotel there is an excellent restaurant with black forest kitchen and a wonderful breakfast, which offers mostly fresh domestic products. The only disadvantage could be the absence of air conditioning, which can be somewhat unpleasant in summer at room temperatures above 25 degrees. Therefore we sleep with open windows and muffle protections as the river is nearby. Depending on your mobile contracts, it is also important to disable data roaming, since your phone may be engaged in the expensive Swiss mobile networks. Overall, we liked the hotel very well and we will be happy to visit it again in cooler seasons!"

"A very nice hotel with a great friendly staff a great kitchen, located in a beautiful environment. Switzerland is literally around the corner and Bad Sackingen is and very nice village. Personally I find it a thick adviser. Probably susceptible to repeat"
