We visited already the 2nd time and let me tell you..this hotel is truly amazing. We had a really nice, relaxing time. Food is always on top and the SPA area is very big.. lot of different saunas and pools with very warm water even in bad weather. We will surely come again.😊

One of the best hotels that we have been to. Very kind and professional staff. The wellness area has a lot of space. Its very calm and very refreshing. Lot of different types of pools. We loved the saunas too. They always have good and fresh food. Our room was clean and the view from the balcony on the golf course was awsome. We will surely visit again soon.

Reiters Supreme is an oasis of well-being, providing a place to unwind, relax, and recharge your batteries. I am extremely impressed with how this hotel is managed. The commitment to sustainability is not just a marketing ploy here; it is practised genuinely and credibly. The food is also focused on quality and locally sourced ingredients, and it tastes simply delicious. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. The entire property is very well-maintained and clean. This hotel comes highly recommended without any reservations.

So this hotel is amazing, whenever you get into their field you feel something really chill&comfortable feeling what is just getting better and better. The staff from the arriving into the leaving is friendly no matter when or where you are in the hotel they are smileing and kind. The food is amazing the breakfast buffet is selective and fresh but if you keep hungry after a sauna you also have an opportunity to get really delicious and amazing tasted foods in their bistro, later the dinner is a 5course meal and that is gives you a fine dining close to michlein star feeling! Really huge announcement for the kitchen they are amazing ! The hotel gives such a manny program from the morning into the evening but if you want just rest there is one of the best spa i’ve ever seen. Its huge and silent! I could talk all day long how good is this hotel but i think the best if you go and try it out but im sure you will feel the same since its a 10 out of 10 hotel!

I dont normally right reviews but thought I had to this time. I am london based and I was lucky enough to experience my share of 5 star wellness hotels across the world. Hands down, the best wellness experience I have encountered so far. And by far the best value for money. Facilities are exhaustive. It is a huge wellness area with everything you could ask for. The grounds are wonderful, perfect for walks. The service is impeccable (well done to staff and management). Food is excellent and they even have their own livestock.

It's a perfect location, designed with much taste, clean and warm. The staff ist great, too. Very kind and friendly. You feel welcome and comfortable from the first minute. It's the ressort, we were looking for years. We'll com back again. Very often ;-)

... from arrival to departure our break was wonderful. The new suites (classic chic) are more than successful. Spacious furnishings, a homely ambience, sustainable materials and attention to detail. You could spend the whole day here. Extra plus points are definitely the coffee machine and the rain shower. The food was just great from breakfast (just WOW) to dinner. Likewise the dishes in the bistro. Great praise! The staff throughout the hotel are helpful and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the days at the Supreme! A highlight was a Bio Release partner treatment in the beauty department. The ladies are not only super friendly but also more than talented. The treatment was very pleasant and we were able to relax right from the start! Keep it up - we are already looking forward to our next break with you!

We stayed 2 nights at the Reiters Supreme and everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The wellness area is beautiful, there is a great selection at breakfast (especially a lot from their own gourmet workshop) and there is something for everyone at dinner. You are always greeted with a smile and feel completely at ease. The service is very courteous and polite. A very clear recommendation if you want to relax for a weekend.

My husband and I have now been guests at Reiters for the third time! Me as part of the ego4you, my husband as a (paying!!) companion! Unfortunately, this time there was an unpleasant welcome as soon as we arrived, when our reservation or my husband's suddenly couldn't be found and we had to pay a whopping € 470! (For comparison: in Dec. 2021 it was “only” €350/2 nights) Then we went to the “Park View” room, which shocked us not only because of the extremely outdated furnishings, but also because of the lack of a “view”. It went straight into a house wall-so ZERO view! Of course that was a downer with the knowledge of the € 470! Only after repeated urging and checking at the Merkur reception was it finally said that they would “one-time accommodate us as an exception” and offer the reservation fee from the booking month with a reduced room price (“old” price for the booking period)! No apologies for the "sloppily" of our reservation confirmation, which strangely enough could already be found by the lady at the Merkur reception?!? Well... Apart from that, Reiters is an experience: great food, mostly very friendly staff, great area and lots to discover in terms of flora and fauna! Also the spa area and the sauna master are a hit! Nevertheless, in my opinion, neither the price nor the 5⭐️ is justified for the very outdated and sometimes worn-out character from the 90s (?)! The spa is also partly in need of renovation... The worst thing I found were the rooms and the "primeval" sanitary facilities (as other users have already described), which are NOT appropriate for € 470 per night!!
