Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Therme war auch sehr schön, ruhig und angenehm zum Entspannen.
Wenn man dem Alltag entfliehen möchte und dem Körper und der Seele was Gutes tun möchte, dann ist man hier absolut richtig.
Das Einzige, was ich zu bemängeln habe ist, dass unser Zimmer so warm und schwül war, dass wir in der Nacht sehr oft verschwitzt aufgewacht sind. Es sind leider nur Lüftungen und keine Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Für uns, die definitiv die 18 Grad für angenehmen Schlaf brauchen, war das nichts. Ist aber auch Geschmacksache.

They didnt have a pool towel inside of pool. We had to carry. And they charged me extra unexpected fee when we check in.

Great spa place in beautiful area.
Great place for spa experience and good food. Beautiful area and hotel. Service is in general good, in particular for the young staff. Some of the older staff (told elderly man in reception and middel aged woman in charge of the eggs) were really not pleasant and helpful. But apart from these slips in the service from 2 persons, everything was great. Good staff in the restaurant except for the egg lady.

The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!

The setting and the spa were lovely. Service was only mediocre as the staff were not very pleasant or helpful. Luckily the amenities overcame the staff's limitations.
