We have had a beautiful holiday at the Hotel Graf Eberhard. With view of the Burgruine but also the view of the Kurpark is very beautiful. The hotel room is renovated and very cozy and modernly furnished. It is also very clean and a large TV is also located in the room. The service is friendly and premature. The thermal right next to it is a nice time-spending, but attract many great walks into nature. From the hotel there are super routes. Eating in the restaurant is excellent and we're happy to come back. Very recommendable!

I was at a bike weekend there, including dinner in my own restaurant. Freshly renovated room, rather modern, the facility otherwise - suitable for the outdoor rather conservative bourgeois. Careful us consistently. The operator pair cares great (I came in the day of arrival actually too late for dinner) these joy of the dressing of guests you note the whole atmosphere of the house. The breakfast is very simple, the room is big enough, the location is a bit off, suitable for self-driving, it is very convenient to go to Metzingen Shopping Village, about ten minutes by car, can not be too demanding.

This is a very cost-effective hotel and highly recommended. The location is a bit off, suitable for self-driving, of course, you can go shopping in Metzingen, only 10 kilometers away from outlets. The breakfast is OK, the hardware is OK, the service is OK, the balcony of the room has a wide view, and the autumn forest is very beautiful! I want to stay one more night and there is no room!

We had celebrated a confirmation with the new tenants. We had concerns that this might not be the case. But the Hotel Bohn restaurant has a very good reputation in Metzingen. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a letdown. We were a bit surprised during the first conversation, since the new boss had no plan and no menu suggestions ready. We then put the menu plan of the previous guests on the table, where she then said that it won't be a problem. We had ordered a mixed roast and a soup first with a dessert (Hot Love). The beef was tough and dry like shoe soles, the sauce and everything else wasn't freshly made, it was all ready just to warm up. The spaetzle weren't homemade. the vegetables were a disaster. The salad was not good and came from a can from the wholesale market. We wanted semolina dumplings for soup, but we got marrow dumplings. But you had confessed that to us while we had overlooked it. Then came dessert (hot love). We all know that hot love is vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries. We had booked and ordered everything 2 months before!!! The first servings came with vanilla ice cream. After the 5 portion they ran out of vanilla ice cream and they served chocolate ice cream. A catastrophe for a very important celebration of our daughter. The explanation for this was.... The other confirmation hadn't ordered dessert before and suddenly they all wanted vanilla ice cream. Halllllloooo. We had ordered it, then those who had ordered it were served first. It was agreed in advance that we could still use the bowling alley free of charge, which the new boss even wanted to charge for afterwards. We then complained about the disaster dessert and she then said ”generously” that she would not charge us for the bowling alley. Aha... So the restaurant is absolutely not to be recommended. The bill was very expensive, which isn't really a problem if it was good, but it was just bad. I will not be able to recommend the restaurant in this constellation. What has to be positively emphasized was our service. The woman was very nice and was totally stressed because she had to do both confirmations at the same time. She was very quick and always nice. Respect and thanks again for your great work. Your boss and another younger temporary worker did nothing. The young helper could tie her shoes while walking. That's not how it works. Sorry for the bad recession, but you just have to let the other users know.

We were often in this hotel before, for a few years, every time we were in Reutlingen. It was not so modern, but cozy for it before and everything went hearty and guest-oriented. Perfect for a short trip. We always liked to come back! Now the rooms are upset, beautiful and new, the facelift has liked us...the baths are still the old... but we could have lived with it. We cannot live with uninterested staff at the reception, who are uninterested in advance and free of obligation to handle friendly requests, not care about their guests at arrival, Discuss before us their holiday evening and ignore our little request for support, to go directly to the holiday evening at a time. My credit card was charged with 2x breakfast that we had not, which was discussed by phone in the forefront. A remark on this was rejected at arrival! We have not received a bill and have not received any response to our request by email to clarify this situation. So no, I really can't recommend this hotel and must stay in Reutlingen elsewhere in the future. Shame what looked like improvement... has proved to be a deterioration, the old tribal guests are shamed. Just to be harmful and so unprofessional!
