Fantastic and very unique hotel, in a very quiet but convenient part of the town. On arrival the receptionist was super helpful with information, and directions. The rooms are very large and have good facilities, very nice decorations & very modern facilities. Breakfast was an excellent huge selection of food and drinks, work very friendly staff serving it. In a lovely breakfast room setting. Fabulous

Stunning hotel. Lady on reception really professional and polite. Rooms were beautiful with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. All decor was beautiful. Price was very reasonable. Just sorry we could only stay 1 night!

One of our worst hotel experiences ever. Is this a hotel really. The best thing was Nadja- the whole place is rundown. The receptionist Eugem grabbed out of our hand our debit card and used it to pay the bill. Breakfast very poor, sad and run by old ladies. The health beauty academy was strange. You could only pay by cash?!!! Otherwise she was very good. The space was dirty and run down. The sauna had the Time Machine broken. Nadja was a lovely receptionist. She cared and gave us great service and local knowledge. I have never felt so uncomfortable in any hotel. Bathrooms we very simple. Hardly any water came out the shower. We were in room 206. It was meant to be a junior suite. The building used to be a cigar factory

I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are very badly cleaned, the maids are all from the Eastern bloc and do not speak German. There is no lobby and the restaurant is very small. The furniture is very old. There are better hotels in Baden Baden city center.

I am a touring musician. There are a number of things that are important when you are away from home for a long period of time. Good internet, a fitness room, a bar, a good bed, a cozy room to have a kind of 'at home' feeling. (In 2023 I was abroad for 9 months) This hotel does not have all this. It has the appearance of a hospice. So if that's your thing then look no further. Very neat and large rooms. Friendly staff and a kind of luxurious appearance. It is not intended to put this hotel down, but if you like a cozy, youthful atmosphere, this is a no go. I hope never to come here again.

A feel-good hotel for years. Very friendly welcome and service. A pleasant and special atmosphere with a very good price-performance ratio for Baden Baden. Good parking directly in front of the hotel. The room with kitchenette is ideal for longer stays.

Batschari Suite occupied; bathroom tiny and spiders and cobwebs on the ceiling; whirlpool in the room was not fully functional; bedside table next to the bed very dusty in the decor; mattress very hard; staff in the breakfast room very unfriendly on one day; receptionists all very helpful and friendly; historic suite attractive but windows not insulated, hence extreme traffic noise and little sleep as a result

We were there before Corona and the hotel was still called "Arcona Living". Very happy with the room, service, etc. I have the feeling that saving money has become the motto of this Vienna Group. Our room had NO hand or bath towels, we complained and only received one bath towel. And still no room service, which I can understand during Corona. Sorry, it's not a 4* hotel for me!

Unfortunately, this is NOT a hotel, but a rental of "suites" from various owners. No hotel service. Rooms old and dirty. Mattresses hard and uncomfortable. Carpet and sofa very stained. Never again

Wir hatten in dem historischen Gebäude eine großzügige Suite mit Schlafzimmer und großem Wohnzimner, beides mit Fernseh, schön möbliert, gute Betten. Bad ebenso ausreichend groß und schön. Relativ ruhige Lage und 400 m vom Festspielhaus, 1 km vom Kurhaus und Zentrum entfernt. Klasse Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt inkl. vieler außergewöhnlicher Zutaten. Personal sehr freundlich und Check-in / Check-out professionell und problemlos. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel kostet 15 € / Tag.

Wir kommen nun schon seit acht Jahren, oft sogar zweimal im Jahr, ins Batschari Hotel in Baden-Baden und fühlen uns hier jedes Mal aufs Neue sehr wohl. Schon an der Rezeption spürt man die herzliche Atmosphäre und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Auch im Frühstücksraum ist das Personal stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, frisch und bietet alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Nach so vielen Aufenthalten können wir sagen: es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.
