The hotel has a certain charm and we were lucky enough to stay in a room with a balcony overlooking the square and the fountain. The room and bathroom were large, with a fridge and kettle. There is paid parking nearby. The hotel also owns the pastry shop below, and perhaps for this reason we expected a rich breakfast of sweets. Breakfast time in this hotel is until 11 in the morning, but since we went down at 9, we found very little; in fact we realized that the sweets, and also the fruit and bread, were not restocked. In the end our sweet tooth was necessarily satisfied by the Nutella boxes! Too bad, we would have gladly tasted the house specialties, if they had been at the breakfast buffet.

We loved everything! This stay was perfect! Very friendly, kind, and helpful welcome, with a phone call received before our arrival to give us the necessary information in case we arrived late. The hotel is ideally located, opposite the Friedrichsbad and Caracalla thermal baths, and a 5-7 minute walk from the ****** and the Trinkhalle with the Christmas market. Elevator. Superb rooms. We had the apartment on the 4th floor (room 403) with two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a terrace. Superb view of the thermal baths, the hill, and the new castle. Very quiet location and very close to the lively center. Very comfortable and cozy rooms, carpeted which is very pleasant in winter, each with its own bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi tub. Everything very clean and well maintained. Good bedding, very pleasant duvets. Coffee machine and kettle, refrigerator. Superb terrace. One of the rooms overlooks both the street leading to the center and the thermal baths, the other room, larger, has four windows overlooking the thermal baths. Buffet breakfast in a pretty room on the ground floor, with the charm of old tea rooms, next to the excellent pastry shop that belongs to the hotel. All-you-can-eat buffet and very varied and generous: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hard-boiled or boiled eggs, various cold cuts, cheeses, raw vegetables, fresh croissants, cakes, assortment of rolls, fruit salad! All the staff is pleasant: at reception, at breakfast, the chambermaids. If we have to make very small criticisms: the pillows are a little too big, it's pleasant for reading in bed but a little too big for sleeping. And there are no blackout curtains at the windows; we are woken up by the daylight. We spent 4 nights in this hotel, I recommend it 100%, it was a very pleasant stay, and I found the hotel much better than in the photos, and better located than I thought. We will gladly come back if we have the opportunity to return to Baden-Baden! Thank you!

Wir waren nur zum Frühstück im Restaurant , aber ich muss sagen die Qualität , Freundlichkeit und Schnelligkeit haben mich begeistert. Leckere Eierspeisen, sehr gute Getränkeauswahl und nette Gastgeber, die „Süßen“-Stückchen sind ein High-Light !

Top Hotel im Zentrum, direkt an der Therme. Leckeres Essen zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Hohe Aufmerksamkeit den Gästen gegenüber. Eigene Konditorei mit großer Auswahl. Sehr sauber, tolle Ambiente. Wir waren als Familie für einen Kurztrip da. Sehr empfehlenswert.
