Great location , staff, cleanliness and breakfast. Room was an update older corner room and very good with one exception - no fridge - that my only downside of this really nice very central hotel.

Very impressed with this hotel - the staff were very welcoming, the rooms exceeded my expectations and the little touches were great It's right next to the train station - very convenient, but the area is not as pretty as the old town - but the hotel more than made up for that I'd recommend it to anyone planning to visit Baden

Stayed at this wonderful hotel in October for 3 nights and loved everything about it. We had a room that overlooked the Trafo Hallen, the room was very spacious and spotless and wasn't noisy from the road below. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated in Baden, the train and bus station are close by. Loved this hotel, so we've booked it again in March for 4 nights this time.

Super central, newt to the train station, it is clean and cute, but the hotel 2 sides are facing 2 very busy streets. I was set in a double room on 1st floor and you could hear all the buses every 5mns coming out from the central bus station. My room was nicely designed, about 25 sqm, bed was comfy, and room had a nespresso machine. On the corridor there was even a nespresso tea machine. Breakfast isn't glorious at all, the cappuccino coming from am Automated machine was not drinkable, albeit I stayed 2 nights, and had 2 Breakfast, it was the same quality (poor) and limited choice every morning. The.gym is more a closet with weights, no tread mill or any machine. For that the price was i found exorbitant, 210 chf a night, in zurich you pay less and get more, so for Baden you can definitely get better hotels for less too.

Perfectly located (5 minutes walk from the station) - young friendly staff - we had a signature room in the older building: very tastefully decorated with wooden flooring, very little noise from corridor or other guests - coffee machine in the room and coffee or tee on the floor…- very comfortable bed - very clean - nice breakfast with warm dishes and fresh fruit

Unacceptable room experience. 1)There is construction in front of the hotel. Drilling and noise starting at 10:30pm. I just read the hotel’s response to another reviewer that said they would try to inform people of this situation prior to checking in. We were not contacted. They did not say anything at check in. We should have been informed because this is horrible. Ear plugs don’t help with this level of noise. 2)The air conditioning runs through the window. Obviously the window has to be closed due to noise. Our room is 80 degrees 3)there is a smell of sewage in our room. 4) people are allowed to smoke right under the rooms. Our room also smells like cigarette smoke. Not good for three children to smell all night.

Beware! There are major roadworks directly under the windows of the hotel. They operate all night, drilling, hammering, grinding metal and moving earth. Sleep is impossible and after two days of asking to move, finally a room in a sister hotel mysteriously appears. The staff have no concept of customer first. Such a shame for a property with such high potential because of location and investment. The works are clearly long term. I went out at 04:00 to talk with the workmen. Wide awake and nothing else to do. It took two people to find some pepper for my eggs at breakfast. The following morning the same silly routine! I was told to pay my bill half an hour before the bar closed because “ we want to go home”. So sad that management is not up to the task.
