This is the best place Iv ever stayed. This hotel is perfectly located, the spa is incredible and the staff are so lovely, a special mention to Jasmine the receptionist. I can’t wait to return to this hotel and Baden, which is the most perfect town. Thank you.

Very kind and thoughtful Reception associates! They took extra steps to ensure you were satisfied and had everything that you needed. While there are actually 3 buildings to choose from, I am Team Historic buildings, and chose to stay on the Limmat River in a newly designed Limmat Suite (in the yellow building, next door to the original pink building.) Good amenities and working A/C. This was a short stopover. I would have liked to have spent an additional day to explore the town and use the spa facilities. A summery evening, with people walking on the promenade on both sides of the river. Pepe Nero's Ristorante, offers a wonderful variety of homemade pastas and fresh salads on an outdoor terrace. Thank you for your hospitality!

I would like to inform people when booking online for this hotel and Spar that you may not end up in the historical beautiful old hotel we thought we were booked into when booking online! We were directed to a modern hotel away from Spar which sadly was not up to standard. And certainly not a Boutique Spar! We felt misrepresented and very upset as we had travelled three and half hours to get there from home! My sister was visiting from SAfrica and I wanted to surprise and spoil her with a Spar get away! The Reception staff were welcoming and had helped us with directions as even our GPS coordinates were taking us around the block several times. Speaking to the Receptionist, she informed us that we were in fact not staying in the Historical building but their other sister hotel and this was why we could not recognize the hotel! We were looking for the Historical building that we had viewed on the website and booked! Interesting to note that several other guests experienced the exactly same issue! However based on our feeling of misrepresentation and the sub standard hotel, we were not willing to stay there, so we left! We were informed that we would not receive a refund of nearly 1500 francs for our three day stay! This hotel was far from up to standard! Floors dirty, scratches snd scuff marks all over the floor, hardly any furniture, just generally a very shabby appearance! The room had two camp beds ( it looked like) pushed together, with thin mattresses!! The curtain was too short and looked shrunken! I can honestly say it was not a place that I would choose in the first place and my booking was based on the other views of a beautiful looking old character hotel! We loved the look of the Spar inside the buildings, with lovely photos showing a really welcoming pleasant look and experience! There was also not hotel parking! One would need to walk a distance to get to the Spar which for us was the main purpose of our visit!! I feel it only right to inform others when booking on the online site that you may very well experience same problem as us! All in all a very disappointing experience!! We ended up driving another three and half hours home !!

Sieben wundervolle Tage im Limmathof verbracht. In traumhafter und ruhiger Gegend gelegen, bietet das Hotel alles, was sich ein Reisender wünschen kann. Die Suite im Haus Raben mit Balkon Richtung Limmat war herrlich. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und das Zimmer ist grosszügig. Die Wand zum Badezimmer ist aus Glas, kann aber mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt werden. Ganz blickdicht ist das nicht. Das hoteleigene Spa ist eine willkommene Abwechslung zum nachbarlichen foutryseven, das notorisch überfüllt ist. Im hoteleigenen Spa hat es höchstes eine handvoll Gäste, die sich im Thermalbecken, im Dampfbad und in der Sauna mehr als gut verteilen. Auch das Fitness machte einen guten Eindruck. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hotels hat es ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Das Hotelfrühstück in der Dependance in Ennetbaden (5 Gehminuten) hat uns nicht so gepasst. Das lag aber weniger am Angebot, als eher an unseren Essgewohnheiten. Zum Glück gab es das Café Raben im Haus, wo wir unser Zimmer hatten. Traumhafter Kaffee, jeden Tag frisch zubereitete Backwaren und Müesli und ein umwerfend freundlicher Service.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Ich kann überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, warum dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat. Wir haben viele unangenehme Dinge erlebt, und der Rezeptionist verhielt sich rechthaberisch, sodass wir uns nicht ernst genommen fühlten – das war wirklich unangenehm. Es gibt viele andere gute und schöne Hotels, in denen man das Geld viel besser investieren kann. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen!

Ausnahmslos sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Schöner, kleiner Wellnessbereich, den wir praktisch für uns alleine hatten. Tolle moderne Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Top Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe von empfehlenswerten Restaurtants (Dory&Du) und der Therme Fortyseven. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Personal im Hotel & Spa hat uns sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Die Suite war der reinste Hammer! Auch war die Suite sehr sauber. Mit 2 Privaten Eingängen waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Vom Parkplatz läuft man noch ca. 800 m, aber es ist ein schöner Weg bis dahin, alles am Fluss entlang. Es gibt leider nur 4 Sterne, wegen dem Frühstück. Die Auswahl war sehr minim, die Gipfeli waren leider zu Fettig und der Kaffee war schlechter als den man sich selber in der Suite machen konnte. Das Personal im Restaurant/ Frühstückbereich hat mit nur sehr wenig Motivation gearbeitet, das haben wir demensprechend auch gemerkt. Das Restaurant werden wir nicht mehr besuchen. Sonst war alles sehr, sehr schön. Wir durften uns sogar noch weitere Suiten anschauen mit eigenem Whirlpool, Sauna oder Dampfbad mit eigenem Wasserbett was man für ein paar Stunden reservieren könnte. Da lässt es sich bestimmt gut Abschalten und Erholen von dem ganzen Alltagsstress. Das werden wir bestimmt mal ausprobieren.
