The overall service and hospitality exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay."
Resort Primo BOM Terra Verde
"The ambiance was excellent and also the prices are very low in non season. If you want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful place with less cost this is the best place I can suggest. The only drawback is, this place can be maintained far more better. Little maintenance of Cottages is required and restaurant is not available inside the resort. But overall experience is very good."

Room service is below average and no toothpaste/toothbrush or slippers provided Loud music wo’t let you sleep till 3AM. Not suitfor kids and aged persons and lot of up and down stair walk is due Breakfast buffet is good and beach is at walking distance. That is the only good thing."

Nazri Resort
"The Nazri is a nice hotel with beautiful grounds and is a tranquil retreat from the very very busy Baga. However it was the fantastic staff that really elevated our stay to the next level. In over 40 years of travelling I have never stayed in a hotel with such a brilliant team of staff. From Prasenjit who seemed to run everything so smoothly always making sure the restaurant, outside dining, bar, drinks and entertainment were perfect! The team that worked with him Pratak, Pra tik, Goutnam(a.k.a The G.O.A.T ) Shem, and all the rest of the team were fantastic. We have never spent so much time in an hotel but it was down to the amazing service we received from these guys. There was entertainment on most nights, usually music, karaoke, quizzes, bingo and themed nights. There were celebrations -guest birthdays, anniversaries etc and these were also very nicely presented including cakes, balloons illuminated hearts all which made the occasion seem special to everyone. The team were extremely polite, helpful and really couldn’t do enough for the guests. The food was in our experience very good and this was an opinion shared by lots of other guests we spoke to. We particularly enjoyed the garlic butter prawns, the peppered steak, the Sunday roast, mixed fried rice, warm chocolate brownie and ice cream - delicious!!!! It was also good to see that Prasenjit was always there watching over everything making sure that everyone was enjoying their experience at the Nazri. I can’t not mention the “Nazri Boys” doing their dance to Madness and Gangnam Style which was absolutely brilliant - it’s so good to see them all having a laugh and enjoying themselves. Our room was in block C at the rear overlooking the pool and lawns and fields which I definetly think was the right choice for us. Some of the rooms are smaller and look over the garden or reception areas and are closer to the busy Baga Road so I guess it depends on your preference, our room was great for us. The bathroom could probably do with an update but functioned well so that’s what counts- this is India not Las Vegas! The bed was amazingly comfortable 6ft wide and the linen and towels were changed every day! I must mention “Jeff” our cleaner who was a really great young lad always smiling and very polite, he kept our room immaculate every day. We had a fantastic holiday at The Nazri it was a little oasis set amongst the hustle and bustle of Baga, once you walked down the drive way and out to the pool and lawns it was totally calm and tranquil. We are already missing moonlight dining around the lawns. The views from our room were lovely too watching the water buffalo, cows, kingfishers and of course the monkeys Don’t expect the Ritz there’s always room for improvement and the Nazri is no exception but when it comes to its staff from porters to reception, and especially all the Lakeside restaurant and bar team Prasenjit, Goutnam and the rest of the gang you’re smashing it!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
Amara Grand Baga,Goa
"Grand Baga in Goa stands out for its unbeatable location just steps from Baga Beach, offering guests spacious and well-appointed rooms with beautiful city or garden views. The property’s thoughtful amenities include a vibrant poolside dining experience, a relaxing spa, and hospitable staff whose service sets a high standard in comfort and care. Visitors are frequently impressed by the cleanliness, plush bedding, and extensive breakfast buffet, while the overall atmosphere blends easy access to beaches and nightlife with peaceful surroundings for a perfect getaway. With every detail curated for relaxation and memorable moments, Grand Baga truly delivers an exceptional Goan holiday experience."
Santiago Beach Resort
"This hotel is very clean.Staff helpful and friendly. The pool area is clean and surrounding area are well kept. The restaurant serves Chinese and Italian food as well as a good choice if Indian. I returned again in March and will be returning again in November. As a lone traveller l can recommend it. The walk to the beach is a 10 minute stroll "
De Baga Deck Comforts
"Not bad, clean, staff solves all the issues within 5 minutes, teapot, safe, restaurant excellent, live music, swimming pool in the yard, but we didn't use it. To the beach less than 10 minutes. I would like to add a lingerie dryer to the rooms, after the beach wet things nowhere to dry."
Fairfield by Marriott Goa Anjuna
"Breakfast was good other than that changed room twice in a single day booking, rooms really need renovation and pest control"
Cavala the Seaside Resort
"Cavala is an oasis in this part of Goa, in particular, Baga beach area. We had one of the best Goan experiences while at this place and made lovely memories too! This was a work trip too so work-wise too, whether it was internet or quiet space - all was super great to be productive and be able to do what we do! Location is excellent - range of restaurants, shopping stores, groceries, etc all are within seconds or minutes of walking distance. Beach is barely 5 minutes walk. "The most precious jewels are not made of stone" but are human beings often! STAFF - The Team Cavala - ensures we get the best of memorable experience, be it during check-in, or restaurant or pool or room service or elsewhere. Stellar support - always 24x7! Special gratitude to Madam Shabana, Monterio ji, Avinash Kosarkar (who is not only a golden team member at reception office but also a national level athlete), John (reception office), Mark, Raymond, Amit (restaurant), and EVERYONE of you who has touched our lives while we were there. The taxi recommendation from Cavala - of Mr Vidhadhar ji - is another hugely recommended one from us too. A *** is an encyclopaedia - and if the *** is truly Goan, then welcome to a whole new level of experience - Mr Vidhadhar - excellent driving competencies but also a rich history of Goa especially Baga Beach area breathes in him. An institution he is! Great food, great ambience, very well done rooms, solid housekeeping support all through. Strongly recommended"
