"Very disappointing and unsafe experience at Nazri Resort and Lawns, Baga. We had come to Goa to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary on 25th, but unfortunately, due to the poor food quality at this hotel, our special occasion was completely spoiled. My wife suffered from food poisoning after consuming food at the hotel, which required medical attention. To make matters worse, during breakfast we were served bread with visible fungus (mould), which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable. I have photo evidence of the same. Due to this negligence, we had to cancel our plans and return early, causing both financial loss and mental stress. This is a serious food safety issue, and I strongly advise others to be cautious while staying here. Expecting strict action from the management."

Despite booking your hotel based on positive reviews, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. No basic amenities provided: no blankets, water, or breakfast were provided during my stay. These are basic facilities that were clearly mentioned as part of the booking. 2. Unhygienic practices: i observed that used water bottles were being refilled and resealed, which is highly unhygienic and unacceptable. 3. Unclean room: the room was not cleaned despite multiple reminders to your staff. The condition of the room was far below the standard expected of your establishment."
