Airport Hotel Bergamo Reviews

Not very close to the airport!!!!! You have to take a taxi to the airport, walking isn't an option, and I felt a bit misled… However, the hotel does offer a shuttle bus service, but it's not free, it's paid.

There is nobody to help with the luggage and the staff is rude. I will not recommend.

We fly into Bergamo a few times a year and always stay at The Airport Hotel before an onward journey. It’s excellent value for money. The rooms have all recently been modernised and are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price. The staff have always been very friendly. We always hire a car but the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport as it is a few miles away. We have tried other hotels in the vicinity of the airport but keep coming back her as it offers the best value for money.

Overall it's ok, in line with the price, there is airport drop-off service, 5 euros per person, which is quite convenient. If you want to catch an early morning train, it's not bad to stay here!

As the name says, it is an airport hotel. Friendly reception, but in the restaurant it is a bit different. Maybe she had a bad day. Rooms are clean.

Everything was very good, the breakfast was also very neat and organized.

Airport hotel with a large car park and a shuttle service to Bergamo Orio AirPort. We took a triple room and it was very basic, with 3 basic beds and no decoration. Full breakfast and gluten-free products if you request it in advance. For me it is not a 4* but rather a 3*

We booked a quadruple room. The room was not big, so it was okay. You have to make a reservation in advance to go to the airport. There is no pick-up, but there is a drop-off.

Verschrikkelijke hotel! Mevrouw aan de balie was super onvriendelijk en wou ons niet verder helpen met een baby bed.  Wij hebben geboekt voor 4 personen, waaronder een baby van 11 maanden. Mevrouw gaf aan dat ze wel een baby bed hadden, enkel tegen een tarief en de baby moest anders maar even op een volwassene bed slapen.  Ontbijt super slecht ook, geen variatie en alles was koud en brood was super oud.

晚上十點後，就沒有酒店接送了。其實如果早上不是BGY機場的航班的話，晚上到了去做FLIXBUS，那個就15歐元到米蘭中央火車站附近住，第二天早上去哪裡都方便
