Reluctantly however, it is also true that we found the "managers" very focused on capital, on invoices without paying taxes, so much so that they chase you for 20 Euros which they have forgotten to put in the bill (after having paid more than 1200Euros for two for a total of one week's accommodation). The worst thing was that in the meantime they don't type receipts of any kind and charge us full price! Unfortunately, I realized it too late and when I requested the receipts for my overnight stays, I was told that it's not their fault if they didn't type anything and didn't issue any type of receipt and/or invoice. Something for me extremely dishonest and not as professional as they say they are. Apparently in this farmhouse you always have to ask for the receipts otherwise it's all black and it's your fault that you didn't ask for them, while it absolutely shouldn't be like this!!!!! receipts and invoices must always be done, or maybe we agree instead to do everything without transparency and in such a dishonest way. Also very sad is the fact that the owners (both of them) are extremely and obviously focused exclusively on money and little on sustainability and environmental education, a bit inconsistent with the message that this farmhouse gives! Instead of sustainability education they think about accounting in a subtle, non-transparent way, while instead of environmental education for children, the latter are free to get dirty, kill bees shouting it to the world and fill the amphitheater with garbage with cans of coca cola, paper and so on without anyone bothering to educate them or at least clean up. Truly shameful as behavior for such a beautiful farm. Typical example of how to "practice well and scratch badly"! Having said that, I really hope you will be able to have a little more transparency and honesty towards your customers (and Italy in general) and remember well why you opened this magnificent place. I'm turning to you now dear Daniela, I know that you will answer me. Please use an active listening method for what I tell you, before leaving in fifth grade and try not to get defensive as you always do.
