"I stayed two nights over Christmas. The hotel is beautiful, but it feels older rather than older. The hotel's strong point is definitely the food: very good and varied, and the staff are very friendly. The outdoor pool isn't very large, and the relaxation area has only four loungers. Changing rooms are practically nonexistent, with only one shower and lockable bathrooms (one for each gender) (at least the men's). The spa area is definitely better, with lockable bathrooms here too, and one of two in total doesn't even have lights! There are several saunas and a thermal pool available (it's a shame the whirlpool wasn't working). The biggest flaw was booking a double room and getting a queen. Once I contacted reception, they simply separated the beds, leaving a 5cm gap; they basically changed the blanket, which wasn't the same anymore! For a 4-star hotel, that's not even up to par. There wasn't even a spa kit, just a bathrobe, which wasn't even replaced after the first day. We spent €480 for two, half board, including a two-hour spa visit. I think that's way too much, especially considering the room we had, which meant we had to stay in a small double."
