I think that if it gets a little hotter, we'll need air conditioning in the room. The price is not much different from the price with air conditioning, and the wifi in the room should be strengthened a little. There are many times when it doesn't connect. Also, I thought it was inconvenient that there were no toothbrushes or refrigerators in the room.

We stayed at this hotel last month and it was our 2nd time staying here. There are notable improvements made since our 1st visit here and some things to look seriously as well. Pros 1. Safety deposit boxes are available in the rooms. 2. I didn't see the beef tapa option on their complimentary breakfast; last time, it was too salty. Breakfast overall taste improved quite well. 3. We were offered luggage assistance this time, even though we came in late. 4. Booking and arrival experience was awesome thanks to Kim. She was also very professional and composed in handling our room transfer. Cons 1. The bidet's water valve in our 1st room was dripping. So, when you leave it open, it will only take 30 minutes for the water to pile up. It should have been noticed by the Housekeeping team who released the room for the maintenance team's rectification before signing it off. Hence the reason why the valve was closed when we got into the room. 2. The guy in the black polo shirt who attended to our breakfast orders and served our food had colds during that time. He didn't wear any face mask and was sniffling badly during the interaction. This is bad when it comes to food safety, handling, and sanitation. I don't mind him being there, but they need to align their food-handling standards properly. 3. We were transferred into a new room at around 10:20 in the evening due to an undeterrmined smoke-like smell coming from the vent. 4. I think coffee is included in the breakfast, but all guests dining at that time needed to ask for it. I think offering coffee is as essential as offering water during breakfast. 5. The departure experience was not as good as the arrival; we needed to bargain for an extra 30 minutes for us to pack our things despite the fact that my family needed to transfer late at night and get all our things one floor up without any assistance while my son was already sleeping. 6. We experienced poor video quality from the Smart TV, so I needed to call the front desk past 11PM to get assistance only to find out that it should have been connected to "Aura One TV" wifi host in the first place. Overall, like I said, this property has a lot of potential. Again, they just have to try not to overlook these little things that create a big impact on each guest's experience.

PROS: 1. Room is generally clean 2. The staff are accommodating especially the security guard during the night of our stay. He showed excellent customer service and was very warm to all guests. Forgot to get his name but he was amazing. He's also the one who assisted us on the basement parking around 1900H. 3. They have accommodated our request of a chiller which we really appreciate. 4. They have a basement parking 5. They used a really good scent for the hotel 6. Spine board and wheel chair are noticeable 7. Request for a room on a high floor and near lift was accommodated 8. Cameras were placed strategically 9. The staff we're friendly CONS: 1. They don't have torch light inside the room in case of emergency 2. No safety box in the room 3. Floor under the bed is dusty. This is a common overlooked on housekeeping but disappointed to see 4. Room service is only up until 7PM 5. Someone knocked on our door during the afternoon bringing some luggage which are not ours 6. We placed a Wake Up Call request on our registration card at 9AM but was not done. 7. We inquired about the room service menu, the Frontdesk said they will send it via messenger however, they delivered the actual bulky menu on our room. Maybe the management can opt to QR Code menu in the future. 8. No courtesy call 9. There are black stains/marks on the bed sheets 10. No one offered assistance for our luggage 11. Our stay could've have been better if not only for the breakfast. This is probably should be look into. Hotdog, tocino and logganisa are plain and cannot justify the high price for them, but the beef tapa was terrible. They chef might not tasted it because it was too salty. We had to dip the tapa in the vinegar for us to be able to eat it. Don't order the tapa. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. There's still areas to improve since its a 3 star hotel but a lot of potential to be one of the top hotels in Baguio. Will surely come back here for our next Baguio trip since the price is really competitive but hoping they can resolve the small things that really matters at the end of the day.Show less
