The food and service were great. The crew in the hotel were very friendly, acted with speed, and all our requests were accommodated. The room was very nice and clean.

My kids enjoyed the bonfire and the food. Location is okay, walking distance to wright park and mines view.

All good but i hope they can change the red carpets. I personally really don't like it, cuz feels dirty.

The hotel was good, the breakfast buffet was good but our room wasn’t sound Proof. We could hear the noise yelling from downstairs at night. We couldn’t sleep.

The location is far from the city, the room was not tidied up, the socket in the bathroom was broken, and the guest was still looking for it!

I would like to thank Grand Sierra Pines for taking good care of us before and during our wedding day. Our family, relatives, friends, and other guests love it. The place is absolutely stunning—the ambiance is so lovely, and the scenery outside is breathtaking. But honestly, the best part is the team. They are the friendliest, most accommodating people, and their service is spectacular. And the food? Delicious! We are so relaxed knowing everything is in their responsible, capable hands. So, the entire staff is exceptionally professional and visibly highly trained. ＜3 We were stress-free because we could make incredible memories and photos.

Excellent accommodation was offered. We, with the team, felt comfortable with the service of the staffs have given. Must visit.
