"Ambiance: The environment has a very Swiss feel. Service: I was able to check in early when I arrived. Cleanliness: No issues with cleanliness. Facilities: I checked in after Christmas, but the decorations hadn't been taken down yet, so it felt like the atmosphere would have been amazing if I had come during Christmas."

"The location is near the center. You can just walk going to burnham park and session road. The room is clean, great size for shower area. It has table and chairs and a mini ref. I also love the breakfast meals they offer. I"

"The location was good. Several things within walking distance.  The room was decent but has almost like a sewer smell in the bathroom. Wasn’t horrific but you would get a whiff of it from time to time. The windows didn’t lock, which wasn’t the worst thing since we did have bars on the windows. Just had to be sure to didn’t leave anything of value near the window that could get out between the bars."

"Check in at 2pm, as usual, room is clean and tidy. Though this is the problem from before, wifi and TV network connectivity is not working. Overall, stay was nice and good. Thank you NYC Manhattan suites and staffs for accommodating us again. Will definitely comeback soon."

"The front desk staff are kind, knowledgeable, and always busy handling requests and welcoming guests. I stayed in a budget room without windows, so it was quite basic, but it did have glass doors between the shower and the bathroom. Check the toilet seat and mention if it's loose; they'll fix it without issue, but it's good to point it out since they charge a 1000 peso deposit. The hotel has internet and a bar overlooking the city, which offers not only a breathtaking view but also a good breakfast if you have a coupon. I appreciated that they gave me two breakfast coupons even though I was alone, as the room was indeed for two people. On my second night, as that specific room wasn't available, I tried to ask for an upgrade at a price we could agree on. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and put me on hold to ask his manager. However, my upgrade request was denied, and I had to find other accommodation. So, overall, the judgment is positive. I only saw the budget room, but there are much larger and nicer rooms, so I would only recommend the budget room for one or two nights, no more. I gave a good rating also to highlight that the staff are very kind, always smiling, and will greet you every time you pass them in the hotel."

"This is the second time to stay at Azalea. The price is good for the room. The room is spacious. You can cook and store your drinks and food at the fridge. The view is breathtaking."
