This Small Hotel of the World is an absolute gem. Hidden up in the mountains of Costa Rica with a breathtaking view, it’s so relaxed and uncomplicated, superb food and outstanding service from their small dedicated staff. If you are considering a trip to Costa Rica this is a definite contender for a last stop for relaxing and complete pampering after the full on exercising and hiking through other parts of this wonderful country. From the freshly blended fruit juice drinks in the morning to the amazing sunsets in the evening my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel 360. Customer service is at an all-time high. Couples massage was just what we needed and even the hot tub can be reserved for private time. Staff made sure we saw all the unique animals whenever they showed themselves around the property and always double and triple checked our plans every day so they knew when to expect us on site. We were able to make it to the mountain where the resort resides with just our low clearance 2 wheel drive. Three times in fact driving back from excursions and sight seeing (all three times in the dark). Really just one steep hill in which our tires seemed to be spinning at times trying to get traction. And for the picky eaters out there who may not care for seafood or sushi, the chicken ***** basket is a hidden gem.

This little resort is amazing! Extremely beautiful, serene, and romantic! With only 12 couples max at once, you get the perfect amount of pampering. Top tier service is available whenever you need anything. We felt the accommodations and attention to detail were worth the price. We will return for a relaxing couples retreat again!

Wonderful staff. Very attentive and friendly. Very comfortable room. Good food. Lots of local touring and activities from which to choose. No regrets whatsoever. We really appreciated the whole experience. The massages were great. The gym is small and limited. But we hiked so much it didn’t matter.

Beautiful resort. The room, service, restaurant and pool were all outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay here. My only feedback is keep the trail(s) maintained. We tried to take a hike around the property on the property trail but it was impassible and it looked like it hadn't been maintained in a while. This resort is a bit isolated so if you don't have a car, taxis are very expensive as the drivers come in and out of Uvita. Accordingly, we decided to eat all our meals on the premises. We did love our stay, however, and hope to come back some day.

Great location, good food and very friendly staff. We would definitely recommend the hotel for couples looking for a low key relaxing experience. Make sure you try Black Whiskey from Peru that is a featured distilled spirit. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I finished the tail end of our honeymoon and stayed at hotel three sixty for 5 days and it was wondering, the staff became friends and were extremely attentive! Shout out to William, Jose, Jefferson, Robert, Diana, Javier, Andre’s, and all the others. We got mostly Sunny’s days while we were there and when it rained they busted out some playing cards and we had some cocktails and food by the pool. Everything was perfect! They recommend osa canopy zip lining and it was so much fun as well as some local beaches and spots to eat at. Thank you so much!

Absolutely incredible experience! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and from start to finish, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, and we felt genuinely valued throughout our stay. Jose was our point of contact leading up to the trip, and ensured a seamless transition coming from the states. It's rare to find such a high level of attentiveness and warmth, and it truly made our honeymoon unforgettable.
