i recently stayed at Luxury Resort Bahubal for two nights in villas 714 and 715 with a total of 9 guests. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. During my stay, I found cockroaches in the left-side bedroom of villa 714. I recorded videos as evidence and immediately sent them via WhatsApp to the reception at +880 1988-112233. Initially, I requested a room change, but the receptionist denied my request, which was very frustrating. After a few hours, they finally moved me from villa 714 to villa 717. However, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience I faced. Even when I checked out, the staff did not bother to say sorry or offer any compensation for the trouble. I expected better service from a resort that claims to be “luxury.” Cleanliness and customer care should be top priorities, but my experience proved otherwise. I hope the management improves their standards, as this was truly disappointing.
