"I heard that Halong Bay is very crowded, so I took a cruise ship to Lan Ha Bay, which is far away. We took a speedboat to the ship parked offshore. It was a very good tour that efficiently went around the tourist spots. Since I used a suite room, I didn't participate in all the activities and just relaxed on my private balcony. Suite room passengers were able to have afternoon tea in their rooms. In the restaurant, they prepared a quiet table for us, separate from the regular room passengers, so we were able to relax. The food was also delicious. Above all, the staff were all very kind, and they gave thorough explanations about safety, so they are a reliable team. It was a very good trip, thank you very much. I would definitely recommend it."

"Poor service: 1. You cannot check in early. Check-in procedures are not allowed until 2:00pm. This is understandable to a certain extent. (The hotel staff told us to leave our luggage in the designated location because we wanted to go to the water park) 2. Because there are children staying, want to get two more pillows, but the room service lady asked us to give him the original two pillows, we said we wanted two more, not exchange two, he refused, disturbed for a few minutes to solve. 3. Breakfast staff bad attitude, as if not want to do, asked him if the food on the buffet can be added (for example, only a few pieces of sushi on the plate, I asked him if there would be a little more, when the end of breakfast about 45 minutes), he impatiently answered I do not know what, he spoke a bunch of Vietnamese, I do not understand, and later added. By the end of breakfast time, suddenly many restaurant staff came to pack their things. Location near the main entrance of the park, about 5 minutes walk to get, to cross the main road, be careful of vehicles. The main thing I want to criticize is the service attitude of the hotel staff, I believe there are better hotels next to it."
