臨時選在這家入住，網上價格比前台便宜得多，讓我百思不得其解。美女服務員熱情負責，次日要去阿克蘇，兩位美女服務員主動幫助聯繫拼車，N多電話終於讓我們順利且優惠價格赴阿克蘇。酒店環境不錯，整體性價比好，適合百姓優先選擇。

首先好評給當晚的前台小姐姐和保安，很熱情。
接下來的話就要罵這個酒店經理了，首先給我和我朋友分配標間的房子空調是壞的，後來給前台反應，換了一個大床房，但是沒有打掃過，並且房間都是煙味，我和我的朋友下去找前台協商。
前台打電話給酒店經理，在凌晨接近兩點，酒店經理先説沒有空房，退款給我們，讓我們去外面找其他地方住，但是我和我朋友看到酒店在其他平台明明看到有價格略貴的房間還在平台出售，這裏真的被氣笑，明明有房間是空出的情況下，寧願給我們趕出去，也不願意把價格略貴的套房開出給我們住，這就是這個酒店的經營理念嗎？拜城就是這個城市形象？後面被我們拆穿後，酒店經理先很不情願的説，她自己承擔一部分差價，要求我們補另一部分差價換唯一空出的套房，這裏搞笑的是，我真的第一次聽説，酒店原因造成客人無法入住，還要客人補差價的，而且經理給出的價格比我們在另外幾個平台看到的都貴。這個經理真的一言難盡。最後我和我朋友都商量着要報警了，真的，住了這麼多年酒店，我第一次想着要報警！入住體驗真的極差！最後在我和朋友的一再要求下，還是免費更換了空調能用的套房。這真的是我目前為止入住體驗最差的一次，也是目前為止見到過服務意識最差的酒店經理。以後再有機會來拜城，絕對不會再入住這家酒店！絕對不會！

新開的就是不一樣，房間所有東西都是新的，衞生也很乾凈。酒店服務員的服務態度特別好！酒店還每個房間免費配備了茶包和礦泉水很温馨。值得推薦！
