Best Hotels in Bailly-Romainvilliers, France

We didn’t have have a pleasant experience. We booked through an online company and the details were incorrect, their mistake not ours. Apparently we weren’t the first that day and it happens often with that company she said, so come on use some sense. Instead the staff handled this very poor and immediately started asking for more money etc etc. We’d had a long journey, with children and that awful attitude just finished us off. The room was ok, but we all slept terribly uncomfortably and my husband and I woke up with back ache and headaches. Which sucked as a start to our first day at Disney. Fortunately, we were only staying one night. The breakfast was ok. Take your chances somewhere else.

A very good hotel. When I first arrived, a tall and thin male at the front desk greeted me in Chinese. I have to say that this friendly approach was very effective. It is a five-minute walk from the bus station and a half-hour bus ride from Disney. There is a game arcade and restaurant downstairs, and there is a hotel right outside the door. The surrounding environment is also the neatest and cleanest neighborhood in Paris. After the fireworks show, I took the No. 34 bus back and there were many people together, so it was very safe. The facilities are new, soundproofed, and clean. Towels are cleaned and changed every day. The room is large. The breakfast includes milk, yogurt, eggs, bacon, bread, meat, jam... and a variety of cereals. It is considered to have a relatively rich breakfast selection among hotels of the same level in Europe. . The children said that they would stay here again next time they go to Disney. Okay, sure!

Excellent location with regular shuttle back and forth Disney land. Easy to get to from CDG using either RER B line to Paris and then A line to marne la vallee chessy or the high speed TGV direct from CDG to Marne La Vallee. Stayed in studio apartment, excellent size for a couple and really clean. Hotel staff spoke English and French which was great. Really cannot fault anything.

Except for the location, please do n’t be too good. If you do n’t want to live in the city center, stay here quietly for a few days. This is perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped with laundry facilities. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two toilets. There is a large master bedroom. Bathtub, living room kitchen downstairs, a toilet, family-friendly living is very suitable, the hotel also has an indoor pool, a small supermarket, children's activities room ... In short, if you did not book a return ticket in advance, I really want to stay a few more days. I will stay here again next time I go to Paris.

Hi I just wanted to say how happy we were staying at Davey Crockett Ranch. Very clean very green and spacious out side space with everything you need. We are a family of 12 of which 4 are children. We went in the half term uk schools for a 4 day Disney trip with magic breaks. The one thing I’m so very disappointed in was that they shut the pool on site for cleaning. To open again a week later for the French half term. I’m ao disappointed as was very hot and we really could have done with it. It was still showing open on our arrival and while we were there the only heads up we got was a notice on the concierge desk on check in. In our party we have a young person with mobility issues and a child with kidney disease so the pool use would have been great for us and made our stay so much better with the heat and a break from the excitement of Disney. We were not offered anything to help make up for this even though they knew 1 of our party had a disability and it really put a downer on our stay as only booked it for the pool. So do check before you book in May half term 2024 so you don’t get caught out like we did.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. So I’m going to start with the positives….we stayed here for 2 nights in September and used as a base to visit Disneyland Paris. The shuttle runs regularly and takes no more than 10 minutes. We found it really easy and convenient. The biggest positive about this hotel by an absolute country mile were the staff in this hotel. I found every single one of them to be friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. That is why I feel I am giving such a disservice to them for the 3 stars! Those behind reception were helpful, polite and really willing to assist where the could. Check-in and out were swift and any questions I asked were helpfully dealt with. My son had a nose bleed one night whilst sleeping and bled quite a bit over the sheets. I went down the next morning to tell them and asked if I needed to pay anything additional as a result of this but they were more concerned about the well-being of my son and said not to worry about the bedding because their cleaners would be able to do deal with it. I thought their response to the situation was really kind and compassionate. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the restaurant staff are wonderful! The manager, is fantastic. She did give me her name because I asked for it for TA reason but then accidentally lost the card (so sorry - the lady with the longer brown hair). She really went over and above to make sure her guests were happy and well attended. She was attentive to all the children (as you can imagine, being so close to Disney there were a few!) and really made children and adults alike feel so welcome. Overall all of the restaurant staff were great, the food was nice, service good and my son actually loved it so much the first night he wanted to go back the second, where they made a big fuss over him because it was he’s birthday which was lovely. So as I say, the people here really made it and the ease of getting to Disney. The rooms were ok in terms of storage but were dated and worn. They were clean but definitely could do with TLC and some investment. They were also hot, so so so hot. And this was end-September! The air-con didn’t work and Reception did their best to get it to be centrally cooled down but I had to sleep under the window with the little window opening gap over me. I’m no doctor but it wouldn’t surprise me if the stuffiness caused my sons nosebleed as he does suffer with them when he gets bunged up which he did in that room. Breakfast I didn't think was worth the price, it wasn't particularly warm, limited options and badly laid out. I can't say I would recommend it. Final note which didn’t bother me or affect my stay but an observation, the ladies toilets off of the bar are really the strangest I've ever seen. So badly designed, the door is smack bang next to a supporting post so its awkward to get into and you feel like getting out you have to do some strange Matrix-style move!! I recently went to Disneyland Paris and as part of the Disney hotel and tickets, I booked to stay at Adagio as the website looks amazing. So brightly coloured and interesting with plenty of sunlight and friendly faces. It felt everything but. We arrived through the door to be in quite a dark open room, the glass on the doors out to the room was broken and everything just looked dark and run down. I chose this place because it was listed as 3 star and cheaper than the 2 star Disney hotel. I wish I'd chosen the Disney hotel now. The reception service was incredibly slow, it took forever to get served and the staff did not maintain any kind of queue on who to speak to next, so people kept jumping. The staff's awareness of what was happening outside of their computer screen was nil. I was in a mobility scooter and I felt invisible to staff. The counters were up high and there was no way of not looking up at the staff / being looked down on. When we finally checked in, bearing in mind time was at a premium, trying to get out the doors to the rooms was tricky. I couldn't do it without someone else and would have to walk despite pain if by myself. The doors were not automatic opening which might explain the broken glass. The 'apartments' are tiny. Some of the cupboard space you wonder why there's a door at all because it's just a waste of space. The photos on the website are taken with a wide angle lense. The bathroom is clostraphobic. There were 3 adults and 1 child in our room and we only just fit despite the website saying the the 1 bed apartments can take 4 people, 4 adults would not have worked. We went straight to the park, there was very little explanation of the shuttle services because they weren't part of the hotel. The adagio is linked to Disney but isn't a Disney hotel and boy did it show. Adagio didn't give us the tickets to get into the park as was at reception. We almost faced having to return but instead stood trying to sort it at customer experience. The website for the hotel is misleading, it says that there is a free shuttle every 15 minutes. It's once every hour there and back and it's a white bus that is marked up as 'special'. 4/5 buses the disability ramp didn't work and we'd have to carry the mobility scooter onto the platform. If you stay at this hotel and are disabled, you're probably better off getting a taxi. You have to get a taxi from Marne a la valle Europort anyway and its approx 16 euro one way. The hotel is next to a huge shopping centre but be warned that it's a trip and half to get to the supermarket from the hotel. You walk for a good 20 minutes inside the shopping centre. So being in a self catering apartment, you need time to go get food. However, if you plan to eat out then it's great as it's right next door. Sadly not a saving grace. All in all the Adagio was a massive let down.

Hotel was clean, room was very small but we were only stopping over for one night with the 2 of us so not a problem. Heater was provided. Parking was free and found a space easily. We had dinner and drinks at the hotel which were lovely and the food was locally sourced. Football table and arcade machine were a fun touch and the theming was nice too. We had breakfast but due to covid restrictions in Nov21, there was no hot food but it was still enjoyable. Only issue was in the very early morning we had trouble opening our front door due to the damp weather and (I think) the door swelled slightly. Had to lean out the window and open it from the outside with the keycard. we saw another family struggling to get their door open too. Mentioned it to reception so hopefully this has been addressed now and no longer an issue. Would stay again due to amazing price and proximity to Disney if driving.

Fantastic and would definitely go again, however the reason for 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was the mould spores around the window, not great! The rest of the hotel room and main hotel was spotless. Service was amazing, couldn't do enough when asking for early breakfast bag and general info. Location was fab for Disney partner hotel, however 4 not 5 as 3 other hotel drops before ours on return shuttle from the park so was ready to get off by the time we had gone to the other 3 first! But still managable and we saved a fortune on the Disney hotels costs. My children are lazy so extra magic hours were no great appeal with us going out of season anyway so we didn't mind staying off site. When I would say about going to Disney (meaning the park) the kids would say well we are at Disney! Haha so the fact the hotel was off site made no difference to them, the music in he hotel. The amazing colours and lights and sounds of the moving pictures in the bar made it all so magical. We can't wait to return!!

The good is location, near Disneyland, frequent free shuttle but not right infront of the hotel so I missed my stop and had to walk 1km back to the hotel. hotel room feels very dark, dark floor dark furniture. Toilet has many insects , silverfish. Very old hotel. Wallpaper tearing. Toilet ceiling fixed by a piece of wood. I stayed mid Dec, central heating is poor. The room is very cold which is unacceptable for me. Thankfully I stayed only 1 night. I also stayed at Staycity which is so much better. Except it’s further from Disney but has free shuttle to and from hotel and Disney. Will not recommend aparthotel adagio Serris.
