Amazing service. The pools are a great highlight. Chinese food at the restaurant is fantastic (western can improve a little). I will definitely come back in winter time.

I can only warmly recommend the hotel. The ski slope starts in front of the door. The ski tickets and your equipment can be taken over at the hotel. The service was nice, friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Yue Yuan, who was always helpful to us. She speaks very good English and made our stay particularly pleasant!! Thank you so much!

Staying at the Hyatt Regency was the most satisfying part of my free travel plan. Before departure, I was worried that I was not fully prepared for the trip, so I kept in touch with the concierge guy King on WeChat. He was very patient and answered all my questions. After checking in, the lady at the front desk welcomed us warmly and informed us in detail about the precautions and how to check into the hotel. To travel more comfortably in the resort, with these preparations, our family of four spent three nights and four days at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for a pleasant snow play trip. In the summer, we plan to take my mother to Changbai Mountain again. Of course, we will also Choose the Hyatt.

It was a great experience to stay at Jinhua Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk, Bao Jing, was very considerate. She had a perfect smile and answered all our questions. She gave us a view of the Wanda Ski Resort from the window on the high floor and also gave us skin care products for après skiing. There are also fruits to eat, which is great ~ Jinhua is only a 2-minute walk from the ski resort and the pedestrian street is also close. The hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious😊 It's a very good experience. If you plan to come to Wanda, I highly recommend Jinhua Hua Resort Hotel~praise Miss Bao Jing again~

The room is very good, the bedside and some corners can be clean and dusty, the carpet is a bit dirty but acceptable, it is recommended to remove the carpet, it will look more tidy, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner is not cold enough, the hair dryer is also a bit broken, if it can be improved, it will be better, But the hotel can be understood for so many years, and then the shower gel shampoo sent by two people is not enough. Fortunately, the customer service attitude is very good. After the phone communication, it is immediately sent. It is very user-friendly. The breakfast is very good. Balanced nutrition, will come again after business trips.

I arrived at Changbai Mountain at 6 pm. When I arrived at the hotel, the waiter warmly received me. I saw that I had brought 2 children and was a member. I directly upgraded me to a parent-child suite. The picture of the room is exactly the same as the display, spacious and clean. The hot springs are from 1 pm to 8:30 pm, and the 3rd floor is the net red hot spring and the infinity pool. Very popular. There is no tiring day. Breakfast is a buffet from 7 am to 9:30 am, with a variety of varieties and suitable for all tastes. If you eat at the hotel's Chinese restaurant is also large and expensive, you can give priority to it. If you want to go to other places to eat, go out to the road and pass 10 meters left and turn right. There is a good day restaurant that is also large and expensive, very delicious, you really can not order takeaway. Isn't it beautiful to have a hot spring and have a drink on such a good night?

Great experience with helpful and serviceminded staff. The hotel is large and what you would expect from a Westin. We had executive lounge access that had happy hour from 17-19, which included good selection of food (not only small bites) and beverages including alcohol. The breakfast was large with a very good selection. The only small issue was that the hot tub was not warm and when we asked them to turn it up for the next day that was not possible. Good thing we had one free access to the hot spring as part of our room. The room did not allow for individual settings of the AC and after one night of 24+ we turned it off and had the balcony door open. The hotel is luckily not at the most busy part of the center, but still overlooking the slopes (and the Audi sign). Would stay again.

The service is very good. The front desk is very nice and considerate. They will provide tourist attractions and routes, which solved a lot of my problems. The hotel is really close to Changbai Mountain. I had a great time after the snow. I was upgraded to an executive room for free and got a free gift. Fruit plate and breakfast are free, and each bowl of food is huge (maybe I'm from the south so I can't finish it all?) The waiters in the restaurant are also very kind and smiling. The dishes are all freshly cooked and you can eat them. The floor heating is very comfortable. Children in the south have never experienced it, so they are quite envious.
