I booked a hotel with my friends during the Chinese New Year. The boss enthusiastically recommended us to eat, drink and play, and helped us avoid lightning. The price was reasonable and there were no pitfalls. The room was very clean. It coincided with the temperature rising after the New Year in the Northeast, and the air conditioning was just right! ! It's a pity that Changbai Mountain is closed this time. When I come to Changbai Mountain again in the summer, I will come to this store again!

The hotel is in a great location, just over a 100-meter walk from the entrance to the West Scenic Area. It also has parking and family rooms, perfect for families driving. Restaurants are nearby, making it convenient for dining. The owner was very welcoming. We forgot something when we checked out and came down the mountain, and he promptly called our aunt to find it. Thank you very much. I'll stay here again.

Xishe Guesthouse was excellent. The environment was lovely, the owner was kind, and the receptionist was especially wonderful – kind-hearted and providing warm service, making us feel right at home. 🥰 If you're planning a trip to the west slope of Changbai Mountain, it's undoubtedly the best choice, perfect for a group of friends. The owner diligently manages the courtyard; the fruits and vegetables for breakfast are all personally prepared by the owner for guests to enjoy, and the prices are very reasonable. Airport pick-up and drop-off services are very convenient. Due to weather conditions, the Changbai Mountain scenic area was closed for three days, rendering all the tickets I managed to snag useless. I couldn't visit either the south or west slopes. Luckily, I booked a ticket for the north slope for the next day, but it was incredibly crowded! We only managed to visit Tianchi (Heavenly Lake). Our family of three spent over 800 yuan on tickets, spent more than six hours there, and even missed our high-speed train! 😂 But thankfully, after overcoming numerous obstacles and hardships, we finally saw the magnificent Tianchi on our first visit, which was definitely worthwhile. Leaving a little regret makes us want to come back next time!

The hotel room is very clean. There are several delicious shops nearby. It is very convenient to stay here if you go to Xipo. We didn't go up because of the bad weather. We will come back next time.

Facilities: I live on the fifth floor, room 530, and the bathrooms in rooms 532 and 534 have hot water for bathing🛀, which is bad! Bad! Bad! The hot water comes out in waves, first cold water, then warm, then super hot (hot), then warm, cold water, and ice water. It was too difficult to take a bath during our four nights. On the last night, I went directly to the hot spring♨bathroom to take a bath. Please pay attention to the hotel.

The hotel is located on the west slope of Changbai Mountain. It is a large residential area with villas and hotels. The staff will drive a car to take tourists to the hotel building. We stayed in a two-room suite, which was just right for a family of four and very warm. The breakfast in the morning was simple but sufficient. It was also very convenient to go to Wanda and other places, and there were discounts for going to the surrounding ski resorts. I took a walk in the courtyard in the morning. There was thick snow behind, and no one stepped on it. The children played in it for a long time. Satisfied!

We stayed for two nights in a row. The environment was nice, with two beds, including a 2-meter double bed, which wasn't cramped for a family of three. It's very close to the West Slope Distribution Center, and parking is convenient. We went to see Tianchi Lake on the 4th, which was absolutely beautiful. There was also a concert on the 3rd and a fireworks show on the 4th. It's right next to Eurasia University, just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. My eldest daughter was thrilled to see the stunning Tianchi Lake on her first visit to Changbai Mountain. They also included complimentary hot spring tickets, which were great. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike was very relaxing. I would recommend it to friends. The price was also very reasonable during the National Day holiday.

I came here a few years before the epidemic and had a good impression. I chose to come here again this time. First, the hot springs here are very good, especially the outdoor hot springs, which allow people to truly experience the taste of hot springs in the northeast in the winter. Second, it is close to Songjianghe Town, and you can freely choose special restaurants. It was convenient to park when I drove here last time. It was also okay to come by train this time. It is close to the town, and I also saw the traditional market, and truly experienced the simple folk customs of Changbai Mountain and the very down-to-earth ”Baishan” local customs and feelings. The waiter has a good attitude and can sympathize with the difficulties of the guests. In the cold weather, he will delay check-out for one and a half hours to take care of the urgent needs of the customers. The breakfast is a bit average, similar to a few years ago.
