The perfect getaway in this restored Historic Home. The Wisdom House is the oldest home in Baker City, est. 1878. It is in the Heart of Downtown Historic District just walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums, parks and so much more. This Historic Home features 4 bedrooms. Bed #1 is on the Main floor with a Queen Bed; Bed#2 is on the 2nd floor has a King bed. Double glass window/doors lead onto the balcony. Bed #3 is on the 2nd floor with a Queen Bed. It has doors leading out to the balcony. The upstairs 2nd floor bedrooms open up onto a Balcony overlooking Downtown Baker City. The siting area on the 2nd floor has a full size sofa which is a hide-a-bed. Leading up the steps to the 3rd floor is the Bed #4 which the entire floor is an open concept with 4 single beds and aa 3/4 size bed. Two of the beds on the 3rd floor are antiques. One is said to have come on the Oregon Wagon Trail. There is a eat-in kitchen with a gas free standing fireplace in the corner. Adjoining is the dinning room and next to it is the living room. Both the living room and dining room proudly display window balances original to the house from 1878. There are two bathrooms. One is located on the main floor and the 2nd bathroom is on the 2nd floor.
