New hotel opened last year. Gated parking with room key access which is good since the area is questionable (I was approached by homeless at the gas pump in a quarter from the hotel).
Breakfast was good - scrambled, bacon, hot oatmeal, waffles of two kinds. Hot tea and coffee are available 24/7.

The hotel is so close to so many great areas to shop and eat! I was extremely appreciative of the front desk staff and my room was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was also very big! Since I was staying by myself I had so much room for myself! I loved how everything worked very well in the room and appreciated the convenience!
