Stayed only one night. Very clean and good serviced hotel. Will stay again next time.

When registering, the reception asked me to book 700 manat from my card and actually booked it and I left on 2/5, during which I spent 300 manat, and I had 400 blocks left, and the amount was not returned to my card so far. I sent an email to the hotel to no answer no attention

Hotel is newly opened, everything is new. Had a dinner in the restaurant but menu wasn’t kind a ritz Carlton level, only one restaurant in the entire hotel.

Good hottel

Disappointed in all honesty. The room itself was as expected, nice design and very spacious. Housecleaning was below par as there was still rubbish on the floor after I had returned in the evening, 2 nights in a row. Had to wait a few minutes for the shower to get warm. No toothbrushes in the bathroom. Miscommunication between staff about payment which resulted in a very unnecessary late night phone call from the front desk. Further miscommunication about parcel delivery. One day it was brought straight to the room, the next day it was against hotel policy. Asked for help with luggage for check out, never came. Very far from the ritz experience.

One of the best hotels we've been to (not just in Baku). Excellent spa and pool. Friendly and attentive staff who will fulfill any of your requests. Excellent and varied breakfast, just 10/10! And also dinner in the restaurant was great. The downsides are the not very convenient location and the fact that we didn't get a massage because the staff at the spa was very busy, so it's advisable to book in advance.

Great new hotel. We warned the hotel in advance that we were on a honeymoon. The hotel gave us a wonderful surprise: they upgraded our room and decorated everything with petals and swans made from towels. Expensive bed linen, excellent mattresses and pillows. We had a great night's sleep. Excellent sound insulation. Location next to the Heydar Aliyev Center. It takes 10 minutes to get to the embankment by taxi. We went to the spa: large sauna, hammam, steam room. Swimming pool with water at a comfortable temperature. Delicious varied breakfasts. We are grateful to the hotel for the excellent service and unforgettable moments after the wedding. We will definitely come back here again.

Spacious rooms, responsive staff everywhere - at the concierge, in the spa, at the reception, in the restaurants. But, the hotel is a little far from the center and is surrounded by transport interchanges, because of this it is difficult to get to the traffic

It's still pretty good. After all, it's a new tourist destination, and you can see that they are working hard to improve their service awareness.
