The female staff there is ok but there male staff is very rude. My friend was staying in this hotel before me. I know there are some rules but my friend was only 35 minutes late and they charged him 15 mannat and take that money forcefully. Also I have saw little cockroaches in my washroom and the bed was not that clean if someone want hygiene, they have to compromise on that. I experience was very bad with them and I will not recommend the hotel to anyone even if I travel to Baku again, I will not go to this hotel again in my life.

I book this hotel accidentally two time they did not pay me back very bad behaviour i don't like this hotel i don't like Azerbaijan

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 We were 3 friends staying at this hotel, and honestly, it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, the environment was comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For this price, I think it’s one of the best hotels you can find. It’s a little far from the main tourist spots, but nothing major — you can easily reach them within 10 minutes by cab. Overall, totally worth it. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Istanbul Gold hotel in Baku, Azerbaijan, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the hotel's exterior looked promising, the service inside fell short. I was assigned a different room than the one I booked, and to make matters worse, it was infested with bed bugs. Even after requesting a room change, I still found small bed bugs, which led me to suspect that the hotel wasn't changing the bedsheets, comforter, and pillowcases regularly. Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If you're planning a trip to Baku, you might want to consider other options with better reviews and ratings.
