Very nice the best hotel in baku

Very nice hotel. Staff at the reception was very professional, specially Zaur who did a great job. The downside of the hotel : - very difficult to get understood at the breakfast, and missing very basic things like vegetal milks which is very surprising for a 5 stars hotel - at the pool we ask for umbrella and they didn’t have.

Enjoyed the great breakfast varieties; large lap swimming pool and nice jacuzzi. My room had view of the Caspian Sea and promenade. Had a lovely stay for my birthday.

First thing, the location is too far away from the center. The hotel keeps telling you it’s only 10 mins walk, but it’s actually 20-25mins. The closest supermarket Spar is 1.2km away, walking time about 18-20 mins since the roads are super hard to cross without pedestrian lines and traffic lights.  Second, the house keeping of this hotel is a bit lazy, the coffee cup I have used in the first morning hasn’t been cleaned and I had to clean it myself to use it on the second day. The used towels were just taken away but no fresh replacement provided. The most outrageous thing is that they only gave us a duvet COVER for one of the beds, so one of us was freezing cold in the middle of the night and had to call housekeeping for a second duvet.  All in all, not to recommend for people who wants to explore the city.

I stayed in this hotel was very much disappointed as there was no room housekeeping for three days. Spa area was dirty. Front desk staff very rude. Only work like a machine. Allowed me check-in at 3 PM although they had rooms available. Avoid this hotel as many options available in the city.

Decided to pay a little extra and go with this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the gym is good 👍. Only downside was that the pool is either too cold or too windy. Given the fact that the main recent we booked it was for the pool, it is a shame that we didn’t get to swim much! Staff are very friendly.

Great location, no need to go to the observation decks. Everything is visible from the window of the room. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Friendly staff.

Close to the sea, the scenery is great! You can see many attractions from the hotel:) The breakfast is rich and tastes good. The service is also very good! It is worth staying again!

Of course, this hotel is worth choosing for the view! The sea side, when Baku is at your fingertips, is worth it. I stayed there for the first time in 2015. Since then, the rooms have begun to feel "tired" in small things. Either the night light burns out, or the closer of the bedside table door gets stuck, or the light in the wardrobe does not go out for a long time, or the curtains do not close tightly. If you work in the room in the first half of the day, then after 16.00 the service may not arrive. On such a day, once, we asked for water to be brought - we waited an hour. But the bellhops traditionally expect tips. One evening the sauna did not work. But in general, the wellness is at a high level! Both the pool and the steam room are good. The breakfast is good, but after a few days the lack of variety begins to be felt. The restaurant manager made a very pleasant impression, thanks to her for her politeness and work! When walking, do not forget that you will have to go uphill.

Except for the breakfast, there was nothing I was dissatisfied with about this hotel. It was quite helpful. The taxi drivers in this country are quite rip-offs if you don't book online. In the end, the boss of the car rental partner of this hotel sent me to the airport, and I made a friend. I especially want to say that I didn't withdraw cash, and only paid by card at the SPA. Hava (I forgot her name) from the SPA took special care of me because I had a cold. I was very touched and went to get a bag of small Chinese gifts for her. As a result, when I flew to Uzbekistan, the hotel called me, and everything I said was formatted in the elevator.
