It was a very luxurious hotel, even more so than the price. The amenities were well-equipped and the rooms were clean, so I was very satisfied. It was a little far from the metro station, but that was enough. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again next time!

the hotel is located in the city center, near the Heydar Aliyev center with a beautiful park ~ 5 minutes walk. There are two large department stores right next to the hotel where you can buy food. about the hotel: clean, beautiful, shower amenities and bathrobe included. They leave 2 bottles of water in the room, but do not change it. comfortable bed - view of a busy road from the window - the room is quite quiet. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the embankment by bus through traffic jams - it's not that far. overall a good hotel.

The room was clean, but the room service/housekeeping was not good. Although we requested to clean our room, the waste bin in the room was full, and they did not empty it! The safe box did not work. The location was good and the Bravo supermarket was in front of it. The Heydar Aliyev center was just a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is good, clean, the staff is friendly, my husband and I stayed there from June 16 to 19, but it so happened that we forgot some things in the room. We gave half of the things back, but a new, expensive dress disappeared. They said they would figure it out, but so far no one has done anything. I advise visitors not to forget their things.
