Hotels Near Rahat Shop in Baku

I really liked this hotel. Dusty and friendly staff, good comfortable rooms. Well enough food-we bought a accommodation with breakfasts. Colbs, cheese, eggs, sausages, eggs, vegetables. Give fruits: apples, pears and mandarins. Serves several kinds of juices, tea, coffee. There is a spa center at the hotel, I liked the Ham and the Finnish sauna with a pool is free for guests. The hotel is not in the heart of the city, but there is Nizami Metro Station next door, or you can get to a taxi, it is cheap in the city. We used the Uber. Near there is a supermarket Grandmart, a network of Bravo stores. And if you go a little down the road, you can go to the Zaura cafe, the only place I think where you can eat hot and soup at a cheap price. An important moment when you pay for your stay - if you pay on the spot, only take dollars and manats. I highly recommend this hotel, here is created everything for a comfortable rest!

The hotel is very clean. I like the makeup mirror in the bathroom. The toiletries have a nice scent. The front desk service is very friendly. It is not far from Central Park, but I couldn't find a gym or swimming pool. In short, it is a very trustworthy hotel and you can book it with confidence.

Winter Park Hotel Baku is located in one of finniest cities of Baku and is one of my favorite and go to Hotel in Azerbaijan since 2017. My friends and I enjoyed the stay there along with a professional and spectacular hospitability which was provided by the staffs. I have to specifically mention Ms. Nigar, who was an absolute professional who took care of us thoughout our stay. thanks a ton Nigar! 💯 I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and colleagues. Special thanks to Mr. Elmen who has a major role to play in the Hotel to make sure the guest enjoy the vacation and stay with a pleasant smile. Small, cozy hotel in the old town. Located at the back of the street, in the courtyard, so the rooms are quiet. You can't hear cars or people. Metro 3 minutes walk. The room was deluxe, clean and spacious. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Elevator . Breakfast is included, each is served on a tray. No choice. I advise you to pay only upon arrival. We were paid by the locals through Booking from their card and at the reception they could not find the payment. Receptionists for the work score two. Zero information and attention. Be careful, they are overbooking the hotel and then cancel people confirmed reservation few days before arrival. We made a reservation for two rooms in this hotel few months before arriving and our reservation wad confirmed. It was important to us to make the reservation in advance because we were traveling in the week of Formula 1 race and we knew the city will be full. Few days before arriving we received a message from them telling us to cancel our reservation because the hotel is full. We asked Agoda to call them. They checked it for us and indeed they were asking people to cancel their reservation because the were overbooking their rooms. Because it was last minute we end up taking one room, instead of two in a different hotel, paying more for it.

I stayed at a corner suite with incredible view of city and sea. Hotel has several restaurants, bars and a spa. One thing is missing at this hotel which is service level. Im not completely sure if its locals attitude or training but most employees need serious work to match the hotel status. Front Desk in general are the most well trained team, however I went to the main restaurant once and it was horrible from the receptionist to the working team. Another disaster team serves at Bar19. Hostess nor bartender had no clue what screw driver cocktail was and didn’t bother to even google it!!! Bar team seamed completely clueless and lost. Spa receptionist is very unprofessional she just wants you to cancel instead of selling packages! Hotel itself is iconic property but it lacks vibe and class. I hope it will only gets better next time I visit Baku.

Good environment, good service attitude and nice scenery

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable.The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

The hotel closest to the airport has a very good environment and meets the general requirements of a star hotel. During breakfast, I saw many airport staff staying here. I guess the price/performance ratio is pretty good. Our order did not include breakfast, so we paid for it ourselves, but the price/performance ratio is average. The free airport pick-up is good
