"The only thing I noticed is in the entrance of the room, in the wall that divides with the bathroom an infiltration that could be easily resolved, even palliatively, and the other question is about the cover provided. I was with a strange smell ... I don't know if it was stored or I'm not going to wash for a while.
As I said, it's a good place, quiet, excellent breakfast, taking these two points, nothing to complain."

Viajamos bastante e ficamos em muitas pousadas, mas esse ficou no top 10 das melhores. Acomodação perfeita para quem busca descanso, atendimento ótimo e focado na necessidade de cada hóspede. As meninas do café da manhã excelentes, pois temos algumas restrições alimentares e foram carinhosas para nós atender. Além do café que ficou em um dos melhores que já comemos em pousadas. Como diria meu amigo Arnold, i Will be back.

The cleaning could be better, the air conditioning without control and very noisy, the TV with bad image.The dry sauna was not available in maintenance, but I didn't see anyone moving on its maintenance. The pool could be cleaner mainly at the end of the afternoon, I myself passed the rhine to take several dirts out of the water.
The hotel was a big group in the All Day mode, and the third-party international restaurant had nothing to do, my wife asked for a grilled chicken with broccoli rice that is Incoming, she did not touch the rice.
The hotel has been very good at the reception, even upgraded in our accommodation. The location is very nice, the road that leads to the hotel is very dangerous, narrow and not passing two cars in parallel.

Good to rest, but leaves to desire in mto aspects, such as wet rooms, needing works, old, needs new toys, area kids mto bad, the pool should be heated, hot water from the bathroom mto, had no term medium.

Gosteii bastante. Local calmo e ideal descanso.
Achei o café da manhã fraco pelo porte do lugar e o quarto com cheiro forte assim que entra. Provavelmente por ficar muito fechado, mas depois se acostuma.
Quem tá hospedado no chalé tem direito a ir no castelo de itaipava e isso é muito legal ❤️
