Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 300 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Chur" 21 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km, sports centre 3 km, walking paths from the house 5 m, cable car 5 km, ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, slopes 1 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 1 km, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims/Laax/Falera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). "Casa Tavaun A22", 3-room apartment 63 m2 on 2nd floor. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Renovated in 2024, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC.
