"The facilities are complete and the hygiene is clean. The front desk service was warm and welcoming. The mattress was really comfortable, not too soft and not too firm. When checking out, I even asked the front desk about the mattress brand and was told it was a Serta mattress from the US. I'm planning to buy one for myself."

"Step out onto the balcony and you're greeted by the charming scenery of Jiangnan. The room's decor beautifully echoes the Jiangnan aesthetic, with blue floral curtains, wooden-framed windows, and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The room is quite close to the bar street, so it can be a bit noisy until midnight, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs. The breakfast spread is fantastic and diverse, featuring local specialties like zongzi (rice dumplings), small wontons, pork offal porridge, and freshly fried items popular in Jiangnan, such as fried steamed bun slices and sesame balls. They even have mini shengjian (pan-fried buns)! The hotel is right next to the Moon River Historic Block, making it super convenient for going out and exploring the local food scene."

"The room I got is with small window facing the corridor. It looks old and doesn't seem like recently renovated. It might be better to pay a bit more and get a room with windows. There are people smoking at the hotel lobby. Dining hall and lobby look a bit old too, far from how it looks like in the video / photo. My clothes smell bad after using the washing machine here, and I don't see any place where I can dry the clothes so I had to hang them in my room and it's difficult to dry especially with no window in the room. Overall the experience is not very great."

"Booked this hotel last-minute for a layover during the May Day holiday. Paid 766 RMB for two rooms for one night, so I didn't have high expectations before checking in. Since the hotel was fully booked, they proactively upgraded my room. However, the upgraded room had serious safety and privacy issues: there was a door on the side of the wall that could be opened directly, facing the door of the next room. There were no soundproofing or partitioning facilities in between, so there was absolutely no privacy during the stay, and I felt extremely insecure. The duty manager on site that night lacked professional competence; communication was inefficient throughout and they couldn't solve the problem, which significantly detracted from the experience. The day after checking out, a male manager called for a follow-up. He handled things well, was professional in his approach, and communicated pleasantly. You could clearly sense the helplessness of an excellent manager dealing with a disorganized and underperforming team. My ratings are based on the following: **Cleanliness:** The upgraded suite's cleanliness was satisfactory, but room 8215 had no slippers after check-in, indicating negligence by the hotel's room inspection staff. **Environment:** The hotel is located within a scenic area, but this area is quite small. There's a commercial district about an 8-10 minute walk away for entertainment. Also, the hotel's promotions emphasize being family-friendly, but the children's play area requires an additional fee. Furthermore, the environment, hardware facilities, and play items in this space are no different from ordinary commercial children's playgrounds on the market. **Service:** No comment. The only star goes to the auntie who drove us to our room in the golf cart. **Facilities:** Decent, considering the affordable price, I didn't have higher expectations."
