"This hotel was fantastic. I’ve stayed in Atour hotels a few times before and been happy, but the staff here were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. No issues checking in with a passport - they seemed to know the process and it took the same amount of time it would in a larger city. We left some dirty clothes in a laundry basket in our room only to discover when we came back later that day they’d been washed and dried. Overall - I just felt pleasantly surprised by the place every step of the way."

"This trip chose this hotel, the overall stay experience far exceeded expectations, I really recommend giving friends. The location of the hotel is excellent, not far from the business district and bus stop, eating, shopping, going to the surrounding attractions are very convenient, saving a lot of trouble. The front desk staff was warm and polite, the check-in efficiency was very high, and the service was meticulous and intimate. The room hygiene is impeccable, the whole house has no smell, the tabletop and bathroom corners are wiped clean, the bedding is soft and fluffy, the mattress is moderately hard, you can sleep quickly when you lie down for a busy day, the room has excellent sound insulation, and the night is quiet and not noisy."

The amenities here far surpass those of other hotels in the same price range. The quiet rooms come with soft bedding, and the laundry and drying facilities are free to use. The service is incredibly responsive; the front desk staff patiently answered all our travel questions. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, and the attentive service made us feel completely at ease.

Great experience, Xiao Yang butler is very enthusiastic. After I came, the butler took a look at two room types seriously, and finally chose loft. The hotel is right next to the Zhangzhou Museum, which is convenient to go anywhere. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. Dishes and coffee drinks are provided. There is a supper at night, and the butler is sent to the room. Breakfast is a la carte and tastes very good. I will choose this one next time I come to Zhangzhou.

YouyoujianghuThe reason for the deduction of points for facilities is that the bathroom is too slippery, there is no bath mat or floor towel, no handrails and no slippers for bathing. If I hadn't used a face towel to cover it, I would have slipped. The room is a bit small, and the washing is behind the door, but it is generous to have four bottles of water. Other aspects are quite good. Breakfast is in the rooftop garden, with many varieties and delicious freshly cooked noodles. There were many people getting married during the National Day holiday, and it was very noisy in the corridor early in the morning. Convenient parking!

1. The executive king room has a separate hot spring pool. The kids didn't want to leave after playing there. Highly recommended.
2. The hot springs are scattered in the woods. It is recommended to go once during the day and once at night to create two different a**ospheres. If you want to take photos, remember to prepare a waterproof bag for your phone in advance.

Guest UserThe facilities in the room are well-equipped and well maintained, and the bedding, bathroom and other equipment are very easy to use and very convenient to use. The hygiene is even more meticulous. Every corner of the room is cleaned cleanly, the tabletop and the ground are dust-free, the bathroom is clean and odor-free, the bedding is clean and soft, and the details are handled in place. It can be seen that the hotel is very careful in cleaning. The overall stay is very good!

ChiyuzhiI chose this hotel for the music festival in Zhangzhou. The service is particularly good. We also upgraded the room type for 🆓. The breakfast every day is delicious.
