Facilities: The room facilities are very new and well-designed. The underground parking is convenient, with easy entry and exit. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff are very diligent and friendly, cleaning promptly. Environment: The overall design of the hotel is very thoughtful. Service: The front desk staff are kind and answer all questions, even proactively introducing hotel facilities and services. A fruit plate is provided daily. This is my second stay, and I'm still very satisfied.

The apartment is right next to Fulong Ski Resort, so you can easily walk there to ski. The concierge was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Even without being asked, the cleaning staff tidied up daily and proactively stocked mineral water every day. The room was clean: it's a one-bedroom unit, suitable for preparing simple meals, and it's clean and bright. The complex is quiet. I stayed in building 5, and it was very peaceful at night. There are breakfast options available in the building behind it. In the evening, the lights at Aranya are beautiful – highly recommended for photos. The location is in the county town, making it convenient to take a taxi for meals or hot springs, all very close by. I stayed for three consecutive days and skied at four different resorts: Wanlong, Fulong, Thaiwoo, and Genting. For anyone coming to Chongli wanting to experience various ski resorts, staying in this apartment is very convenient, and the price advantage is significant.

This time, I stayed at this apartment for my trip to Chongli, and the overall experience was great. The hotel is located near Genting Hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. The surrounding scenery is expansive, and the air in the mountains is exceptionally good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was quite good. There's a significant temperature difference between day and night in the mountains, but the room heating was powerful, so it was very warm at night. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the service was enthusiastic. Parking was also convenient, making it very hassle-free for those driving. This place is perfect for a vacation in Chongli, and I'll choose it again next time I visit.

Objectively speaking, the transportation is relatively convenient, but the supporting facilities are limited. While there aren't any particularly dirty areas, the facilities are rather basic and quite different from the advertised Swiss style. Having stayed at a hotel built in a nearby country the day before, I could make a more objective comparison, and this hotel really doesn't justify the price. However, it's not exceptionally bad. The cafeteria, on the other hand, is quite good.

For a ski trip to Genting, I highly recommend staying at Genting Residences. You can literally ski in and out of the resort, which is incredibly convenient. After a short ski, you're right at the cable car, saving you a lot of hassle with driving or walking – a huge time-saver! Just a little further down, you'll find the Genting Ski Resort lobby and the Genting Grand Hotel, making dining and shopping super easy. When you're tired from skiing, coming back and relaxing on the balcony in the sun is just pure bliss. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the underfloor heating is wonderfully comfortable. Having stayed in at least a dozen ski-in/ski-out hotels, Genting Residences is my absolute top pick. This is the kind of quality accommodation every skier deserves.

The room is clean and tidy, the landlord communicates in a timely manner, the snow ticket rental cabinet can be discounted, the hot spring ticket can also be discounted, you must bring your own swimming trunks in advance, otherwise you will be surprised if you buy it now.

The room had really everything. It was like a little apartment and not a ordinary hotel. Really a nice surprise. The staff was friendly, also towards foreigners which is to be very appreciated. Location is very nice, parking for free, all shops and restaurants located around. To ski resort - 10 minutes drive. For this price - best bargain! Will definitely come back again! Thank you!

The hotel we booked has a pretty good location, right next to Fulong Ski Resort. You can park right at the hotel entrance. The hotel breakfast is decent, and there were a lot of kids from outside here for mountain biking, seemed like there was a competition going on. The front desk had a lovely young lady, I think her last name was Li, who provided excellent service. The charming young man working with her also left a good impression on us.

The hotel's facilities are generally good, and the breakfast is also excellent, plus the price is affordable. However, this time I encountered a company called 'Beifang Dalu' holding an event here. There were so many people, and the smoke smell was overwhelming. As soon as I checked in with my luggage, I ran into them all leaving a meeting, and everyone was crowding the elevators. With my suitcase, I couldn't even compete and had to wait for a very long time. Upon reaching the 5th floor, it was also full of their people, and it was extremely noisy. The next morning, they started making noise again around 7 AM, shouting loudly in the hallway. I really hope the hotel can separate individual guests from large groups in the future, or at least inform guests before check-in. If I had known, I might have chosen a different hotel. It really affected my stay and quality of rest too much.

Value for money accomodation. Very clean by a singaporean's standard Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean. Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!
