This is the most expensive hotel in Europe. I had a good expectation and finally endless disappointment.
Because it is the European Cup to see the ball, this hotel belongs to the Hyatt Group. I trust Hyatt very much and set a suite. I encountered a few problems and gave you lightning protection:
1 This hotel is a court renovation, very special, so when entering the door, the luggage is all on the porch guy and himself to carry it up, my luggage is very heavy, I think this is very unreasonable and very laborious.
2 I booked a twin executive suite, neither gave a twin bed, the hotel did not set an executive floor. Finally told me that the room was full and could not be adjusted. I offered to give me an extra bed to solve the problem.
3 Cleaning is not reliable. There is a bed in the bedroom, it is not clean, and the dead fly under the pillow on the bedside is disgusting. I immediately told the front desk to change it and did not compensate. Still Trip reliable, compensated me for a few hundred dollars and expressed my heart. I think a hotel is so poor in hygiene, and it is difficult to do well.
4 breakfast food is moldy. There are many varieties of breakfast, but they are all unpalatable. The fruit is also moldy! This is really drunk and disgusting. Quality control is a mess.
5 Poor breakfast service. The service staff has a bad attitude and ignores it. This is something other hotels have not encountered at all, this hotel is particularly obvious.
6 The restaurant is not used on the day of the game. 7.6 On the game day, before we went to see the ball, we wanted to go to pitti for a meal before we set off. The result told me that the restaurant is not used, the reason is unknown!
If this hotel is 2000 a night, I think it is fine, that is the standard. Please, this is a hotel of more than 6,000 for 9 nights, this service level is too bad!
Especially dead flies, moldy fruits, disgusting home! Please boycott this hotel and don't go!

The location of the hotel is very good, just on King Street and Bar Street is also nearby. It’s about 100 walks. The biggest highlight is that the breakfast is very good, if you come to live, you must have a meal. The only downside is that the hotel facilities are average, and the lobby is not as spacious as an international five-star hotel.

This hotel is the BEST in Dusseldorf. The service is beyond exceptional (esp Masood and Daniel- they went out of their way) The location is fantastic. Close enough to the old town and right across the beautiful Konigsalle shops and beautiful tree and water lined avenue. Great rooms and beautiful lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The 25hours Hotel Das Tour is a very special liaison in the new Dusseldorf district Le Quartier Central. The major Rhine city of Dusseldorf and its proximity to France inspired the Swedish creative team Stylt Trampoli to weave German engineering and French artistic flair into a holistic concept for this property. Highlights include the restaurant and bar concept The Paris Club on the 16th and 17th floor. The spa on the 14th floor offers a similarly breathtaking view.

Had a great 3 nights stay on 25 Hours Dusseldorf .
On the positive: Great service, from the welcoming all the way all the staff we came across.
i normally don't book breakfast when traveling for leisure as I like to explore local foods, so have no opinion on the breakfast but the little coffee stand inside the hotel has what could arguably could be the best coffee in Dusseldorf.
Yes, rooms are not huge but comfortable enough, nice mini fridge with consumables for free and most important: Was very clean.

We were in Dusseldorf for work 10 days, and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small . A small reception is located next to the breakfast area. The rooms are spacious. Furniture and decoration corresponds to a 3 star hotel. There is only soap in the bathroom. There are no slippers. Cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They do not understand very well in English. Nevertheless, they were satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. If you are looking for sophisticated and more intellectual concepts regarding interior design you have not many options. So this is a rare find. I dislike to stay in a Kindergarten like concept, bicycle on the wall, or dead because perfect by not offending anyone with an individual and not risk checked solution say luxury hotel. I was impressed by the interior design and its comfort. The service is excellent and staff very very friendly. Food and drinks are excellent. And you could feel a bit of glamour and at home at the same time.

This is a chain store similar to a homestay. This building is a renovated culturally protected century-old building. The appearance is very old and the inside is new. Not suitable for people who like to enjoy hotel services. Hotel stays and so on need to get their own keys. Customer service speaks German, English and French. The hotel is very clean and the location is very good. There is a parking space at the door. As soon as you go out, across the road is the Rhine River Park. On the left is the iconic building of Düsselt Rhine TV Tower. Very suitable for couples to vacation.

I’ve stayed at many Marriott Courtyard properties over the years, and this is undoubtedly the nicest version of this Marriott brand that I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel feels more like a Marriott than a Courtyard, with a nice bar and restaurant and outstanding service. The location in the harbor area offers a nice setting with views of the Rhine River and ample dining options. It’s also an easy walk to the Old Town area, where we visited the Düsseldorf Christmas markets. A special shout out to the staff, particularly Kevin and Jessica who helped make our stay particularly enjoyable. If we’re in Düsseldorf again, we’ll definitely stay here.

GGuest UserLured by the positive reviews, I stayed at the Hotel Villa Achenbach for five nights. The hotel fell far short of meeting minimal expectations. You may be well advised to consider another alternative for your stay in Dusseldorf. On one evening with a temperature of 4 degrees outside, there was no heat in the suite. When questioned about this the next morning, Alexandra, the person at reception, mumbled something about 'it depends on the weather outside but now it is set where it belongs'. There was no internet service in the sitting room of the suite. Indeed, it only works consistently at the desk; it cuts out frequently other places. There's no connection in the bedroom. Alexandra stated it could not be fixed before my departure since 'the IT guy is away'. Housekeeping is uneven. Trash piles up . The area around the sink where I have placed my toiletries hasn't been cleaned since arrival. The bed is not made properly. It is easy to hear the footfall of the guests thon the floor above the suite. The general manager is apparently away for a few weeks. Neither Alexandra or Anna seem to have the authority to address these problems and adjust the bill. There does not seem to be a plan in place to ensure guest satisfaction. This is made worse by their failure to volunteer information. I must always ask for it and Alexandra in particular has yet to deliver it in a sympathetic way. While the idea of small, cozy hotel like this is appealing -- and it's a lovely place -- at the Villa Achenbach it is very difficult to feel comfortable. The idea in my experience is much better than the sad reality of the physical plant and the unhelpful staff.
The Reception, welcome and staff working there were outstanding! Extra mile service and extremely friendly. The Rooms were also sufficient and exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay in Dusseldorf, as a family group of 15 people. I will always recommend Sleep Inn!
GGuest UserVery good location, clean and spacious room. The bed was quite comfortable. Contact with the service was very good and via WhatsApp very uncomplicated . When you arrive with the car, it makes sense to book a deep garage parking in the hotel. The costs are very low with about €15. In the room it was very warm. Unfortunately the room had no air conditioning and cross-air was not possible. The lift in the back building was defect so the whole baggage had to be brought to the higher floor.
Hello, I booked this hotel for one night with my husband and 1 year old daughter on 20/12/2023. We arrived promptly at check-in time due to my toddler desperately needing a nap. We were faced with a very unwelcoming receptionist who took the utmost pleasure in informing us that we were not allowed to check-in to our hotel room because we didn't add our baby to the reservation. She insisted that we had to book ANOTHER hotel room so that my baby was on a reservation as well so that there wouldn't be more than 2 people in one room. She informed us that it was impossible for all 3 of us were not able to stay in the same room if we only had one reservation. I have travelled to over 25 countries, stayed in literally hundreds of different accommodations and not once have I ever had this said to me. Every hotel that is adults only clearly states it on their website. I always check this and have never had any issues like the one I faced here. I asked if this happens often and she said yes, unfortunately just last week they had the same issue, so I suspect this is a recurring issue at the hotel. The receptionist's first explanation for having to book two rooms was due to a safety policy that states only two people could be in a room due to ”fire regulations,” a law that prevents them from going over maximum capacity in the case of a fire. So then I explained to her that there must be a mistake on behalf of the hotel, as the room lists a baby bed as an amenity directly on the hotel's website for the room we booked. She then proceeded to say that actually, children were not allowed at the hotel, and it clearly states that in the terms and conditions of our booking. So wait.. a baby bed is offered as an amenity directly on the hotel's website and room we booked but children are not allowed at the hotel? First the issue was that we did not book 2 rooms and then once she realized that there was an error on the hotel's website she changed the story to children not being allowed all together? Which is it? Regardless, there was a clear mistake on behalf of the hotel but instead she kept insisting that it was MY fault, even though there was NO indication on the website that babies were not allowed. It turns out that AFTER guests (we) pay a NON-REFUNDABLE booking, the terms and conditions inform us that no children are allowed. It was literally impossible to know this beforehand! Why would I book a hotel room that doesn't allow children if I have one? After being yelled at in front of other guests with my toddler in my arms, I made the decision to just check-in and take my daughter up to the room for her nap. My husband was forced to wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours until the receptionist could speak with the manager, who actually never showed up even though I requested to speak to him/her. Eventually the message was relayed through the receptionist that they would allow us to sleep together and this would be a very special exception to their policy. We
GGuest UserVery nice reception by the staff at the reception. The room I had has the best time behind it. The facility is more in line with the standard of the 80s. The tape floor was sucked but had undefinable sticks and clear walking tracks. The bathroom was complete and clean with toilet, washing basin and shower in the bathroom but the freedom of movement is very limited due to the size. The mattress was good. Interesting is the method of paying the parking lot in the deep garage. The parking card is available only against 50,- EURO in cash. Although the return of the money was not a problem, I find this way interesting. Like the caisse for the entire parking time.

JJanLocation was very convenient for me as I had business in the Seestern area (probably not the most convenient for downtown). Surprisingly nice and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, and also enjoyed the sauna facilities. The rooftop bar was amazing during a warm summer evening!!
GGuest UserThe room looks differently as on the picture. Dark, small and very noisy since our room was right in front of the street. Under the bed there were very many ”surprises”, as probably no one has cleaned it right. Personal was still very nice and friendly. Wifi was MEGA bad. If you travel business then better in another hotel. Eating was so. Sorry, there is no hot chocolate.
Vv-boscoThe location is super, from the stop of Flixbus (near the station) reached on foot, the sights are also in step-by-step availability. In the single there was everything : TV (old. but working), amenities in the room (there is a fan, shampoo and liquid soap, no towel for feet) and even a lodge, shared with the next room. The view from the window is dark - the indoor yard and communication, but it is better than the noise from the road and cars. Elevator and WiFi are. Staff speaks Russian No refrigerator (nowhere to cool beer, and in Germany without it) and teapot
