"Amazing apartments ! Beautiful views, clean, friendly staff and lots of space ! The only thing I could call out is that when I needed help closing a window that I managed to get stuck somehow, no one answered the Charles Hope help- line and I ended up walking down to reception and seeking help myself. Other that that, I’d highly recommend."

"Very good location!!! Approx 12 min from railway station, in front of big mall, ALDI supermarket. Apartments are very clean,very huge and cosy. Big bathroom, huge kitchen with everything you need. Had an excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. A special mention to Rafa, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service really stood out and made a great impression. The location was ideal, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall the experience exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay. Thank you, Rafa and the whole team, for a wonderful experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was superb – beautifully designed, well-maintained, and its location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. The staff were also consistently friendly and professional throughout my stay. However, I did notice a persistent low-frequency hum in the room, which was a bit bothersome, especially at night. It's a shame, as everything else was excellent. If you're sensitive to noise (a light sleeper), I'd recommend bringing earplugs just in case. All in all, it's still a great place, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The apartment I stayed in was a spacious two-bedroom apartment (one suite), perfect for a family. The interior was clean, but some details could be improved. The furnace and dryer were quite dusty, and the washing machine's detergent drawer was stained and needed regular cleaning. There was a restaurant downstairs, but it closed at 10 p.m., and the room faced the inner garden, so no noise would disturb my sleep. The apartment was very close to the city's major shopping malls and the tram station, less than three minutes away. Overall, it was a good value, with excellent value, and the staff were helpful.

Mixed stay - great service recovery but noisy room We initially booked a standard room, but when we walked in there was a strong smell of cigarettes. We called reception and the team sorted it out quickly, moving us to a much nicer room - really appreciated how fast they dealt with it. Unfortunately the new room was right next to the hallway doors, and every time someone walked in or out the door banged loudly. It kept waking us up through the night, which took the shine off an otherwise good stay. Staff were responsive and helpful when there was an issue, but it would be great if they could look at the door mechanisms on that hallway - a bit of extra care there would make a big difference for light sleepers.

The room is clean and comfortable, with lots of space to store luggage and stuff. I was quite surprised to see the coffee maker and refrigerator inside the room. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and the staff is friendly. The location is opposite to China Town with lots of nice restaurants for dinning. The only thing that could be improved is that room cleaning starts too early - at 9:00 am that I was woken up by the doorbell.

A great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable. Only issue we had was with the patio doors onto the balcony were not easy to use but we worked it out in the end. Would 100% stay again.
