Mysore District Hotels with Balcony

The rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

Location: Easily reachable and good road. Property: Greenery maintained well. Food: Breakfast spread is good. Soft idlis and crispy vadas. The Valentine's al-carte menu was OK. The valentine's day menu was confusing. The names were changed to match the theme but it didn't give any clear clue of what it was. We ended up ordering things we didn't wanted. Amenities: Good and clean rooms. Everything was functioning as expected for us. There are no water aerators to the taps. So there is lot of water wastage and also the water flow pressure is high. OKish indoor game area. The snooker que, TT bats aren't in great shape. Service: Excellent staff. Always ready to help.

I have taken an option of complimentary breakfast but the hotel staff provided the breakfast only after asking few times and after telling that i will raise issue with mmt. Their main problem is they don't have restaurant. So at first place they should not give option of breakfast while booking itself. Other than this, our stay was very comfortable in the room.
