In the hamlet Gittana 3.5 km from the centre of Varenna, 3 km from the centre of Perledo, 25 km from the centre of Lecco, 1.3 km from the lake. 3 km long narrow motor access. Public parking 50 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Varenna" 3.5 km, grass beach "Bellano" 5 km. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Hiking paths: Sentiero del Viandante 200 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. "Rosa (VNA205)", 2-room semi-detached house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Natural stone floors. Balcony, terrace.
