It bas been couple of years that we are coming to the Hotel Résidence Holiday but it was the first Time in one of the DEluxe two rooms apartment and it was a great suprise. It was beautiful, clean and well furnished and organized. Entering to the living room you feel like at home. Huge sliding windows so that you can enjoy the sun all day. Fully equiped kithen, extremly comfortable beds and a big bathroom. All you need for a super stay. And I did not mention yet the 2 large balcony, one with an overview to the lake and the other one with a plesent scene of the swiming pool. I loved the enormous bed room which had planty of Space to arrange your dresses. Overall the accommodation was fabulous and the location was excellent. Very friendly employees, always with a big smile! Spécial thanks to Valentina and Rossella Mason.

We stayed at the Smeraldo Hotel in late June. I emphasise the wide availability shown by the staff to allow me to leave the car in parking even in advance of check-in and beyond check-out. We had dinner at the Restaurant Il Canneto (in front of the Hotel La Paul and part of the same property) and we were very happy. The hotel Smeraldo will certainly have to intervene to adjust some ”aging” details, but in all words, we can't talk bad about this structure and the lake view room we have enjoyed, The hotel's services can be used as well. Breakfast really with little can be a good jump of quality, we are now a little more than a good breakfast at home with packed products and not, The hotel was very clean and was very clean and my wife did not send you to say, and it was very good to find the courtesy set in the bathroom.

Everything was just excellent -staff support with multiple items- booked with hotel reception the transfer from Verona, ordering procedures in the hotel spa, order with hotel discount aquaria. I requested a room with a bath tub, and they recommended me a different room, even chipper, they replaced my booking to a suitable one. They have an amazing breakfast. Hotel location was just excellent- in a most beautiful place with lake view, close to Aquaria. On a piazza close to hotel there were multiple performances- like opera singing, etc. Hotel spa was just perfect. Some things to know before booking- they dont have a tea kettle in their rooms- so I took some mine traveler kettle.

Lovely hotel just outside the centre of Sirmione. Pretty hairy drive through very narrow streets full of people but an oasis once you get there. The rooms are old school comfortable with great air conditioning . The pool area is lovely and the staff very attentive. The jetty isn’t as nice but only because the lake is quite difficult to get into and the water shallow and slightly silty. We had a couple of good meals in the town which is a 5 minute walk through the hotel gardens. Overall a great stay …

GGuest UserHave visited twice. Once in May before COVID and in late August this year. The first time I visited it was clear there was something different about this hotel; Set in the most idyllic spot (of one of the busiest and popular Italian locations), they have managed to keep a personalised, family-feel to how they operate and they are 110% committed to customer service. Particular thanks to Nataly, Robert and Omar this year....all the other team members (too many names to remember - sorry). The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is amazing. Free tea (with pastries) is offered late afternoon. Whilst they don't have their own restaurant, the building is attached to a very good restaurant and there is no lack of places to eat. The staff will in fact give great advice on where to eat, what time is best etc.

GGuest UserWe chose the Hotel Porto Azzurro in Sirmione because of its very nice pool and grounds and closeness to the Lago di Garda. The weather was unusually cold so we didn't use the pool but did enjoy a delicious dinner at a restaurant on the Lago, a short walk from the hotel. A special feature of our room was the large patio that we shared with our son's family in the room next door. The buffet breakfast was also the BEST that I have every had in any of the many hotels that we have stayed at over the years. [NOTE: I mistakenly wrote a review of the Hotel Europa in Sirmione that actually applies to the Hotel Porto Azzurro. We had stayed at a Hotel Europa in another city, so I confused the name].

不不知火幻烟The external environment and geographical location of the hotel are excellent, in a prime location in the scenic area. The service is also very European and great. The restaurant breakfast is also good. However, the price-performance ratio of the lowest-priced room type is really not good. The rooms are small, the facilities are old, and they don't even provide free purified water. If you are a person who has requirements for the room conditions, don't choose a low-priced room type. I feel that it is really not worth the price. Of course, the selling point and the price may be reflected in his environment, service and geographic value.

DDAZHI1. This hotel is in the small town scenic area, and the hotel prices in the small town scenic area are relatively expensive. I think the price/performance ratio of this hotel is good. I brought a company business group, and the guests did not comment that it was not good, so whether it is a business group or a family trip, this hotel meets the needs.
2. Because we booked the cheapest apartment type, the biggest thing is that the room size is small. The area of the bathroom is not small, it is enough.
3. We drove to the town, and it is not possible to drive in the scenic area of the town, so our car needs to park at the parking place designated by the hotel. After parking the car, the hotel will have a golf battery to drive guests and luggage into the scenic area. We were sitting in the battery car, passing through the streets and alleys of the scenic spot, watching ordinary tourists walking while we were sitting in the battery car, everyone was full of superiority and satisfaction. (The cost of the battery car is already included in the self-driving parking fee).
4. There is a large terrace at the back of the hotel (the first photo), where you can lie on a lounger and watch the sunset on Lake Garda (the second photo), which is very pleasant.
5. Although we booked the cheapest room type, there is still a very small balcony. Through the balcony, you can see part of the view of Lake Garda (the third photo).
6. During this trip to Italy, my team members generally admired the town and thought it was worth staying for two nights. The town’s scenery is good and there are many quiet places, which is very suitable for lovers to take a vacation, or important friends to discuss important matters here without being disturbed. This small town is not a regular attraction for Chinese tourist groups, so traveling here is very classy.
7. By the way, this hotel has free bicycles for guests to ride around the town.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well positioned a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the town. No car needed unless you need to use it to explore the area (although the boats work just fine). There is a pretty garden and pool which is a must for July. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, the same everyday. The staff did replenish items as they were taken from the buffet. As a family of 4 we booked the villa to give us a bit more space. When searching for suitable access I had found it difficult to find a set up where we didn’t have to share 1 room. The villa was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms downstairs (a double room and one with 3 singles). Plus a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs was a double room and a bathroom with bath. Housekeeping came everyday. It was tired and could do with modernising. There’s no Wi-Fi (could be a good thing), you need to go into the hotel reception to use it. NB if you want to eat meals in the villa this may be difficult. There is no supermarket. You need to go to the next town (15 minutes bus journey).

FATMA, BENJAMIN, SIMONA - WERE ALL OUTSTANDING AND MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN OUR STAY. the roof top pool OFF THE CHARTS. again, Fatma at the pool bar made amazing drinks, great food and she was incredibly personable. she made the stay.

GGuest UserL'hotel è in una splendida posizione fronte lago con un bel giardino e la vista sui monti ed è stato di recente rinnovato. Siamo stati molto bene, tuttavia presenta alcune imperfezioni strutturali o piccole mancanze, alcune dipendenti dal mio gusto. La piscina è fronte lago ma da immersi il lago non si vede; ha solo un corridoio interno per entrare in acqua da cui si esce all'aperto ma è già molto profonda, tanto che io che sono 1.50 non toccavo. Gli idromassaggi sono lontani dalle sedute, quindi se si vuole stare seduti arrivano oltre le ginocchia. La sauna ha una bellissima vetrata panoramica vista lago. Nel bagno turco non mi piace la luce così fredda. L'area relax non è molto grande e può non trovarsi posto, ha un'illuminazione troppo fredda, i lettini sono molto attaccati l'uno all'altro: diciamo che questa è la zona che mi è piaciuta meno. Avevamo una camera con balconcino vista lago, e il panorama era strepitoso, al mattino si vede l'alba. La stanza, di recente ristrutturazione, è molto grande e questo lo abbiamo apprezzato molto, e comoda, tuttavia risulta un po' asettica, magari un quadro sul letto o qualcosa che potesse vivacizzare non guasterebbe. Di nuovo un appunto sull'illuminazione che non la valorizza; inoltre se è possibile spegnere da un solo tasto tutte le luci, ciò e vero anche al contrario, non si possono accendere le lampade singolarmente. Nessun kit di cortesia e accappatoio solo a pagamento, lo sottolineo perché essendo spesso stata nell'altro hotel del gruppo, Promessi sposi, tutto ciò era in dotazione. Nessun foglio istruzione in camera riguardo l'hotel, check out, orari colazione, piscina ecc. Molto bello far colazione nella sala fronte lago e ottimo buffet. Un po' di ritardo nella consegna della camera ma estrema gentilezza del personale e possibilità di entrare prima del check in in piscina. Il parcheggio è gratuito prenotando dal sito e questo è un grande plus, l'addetto non è molto professionale (è rimasto al cellulare lungamente prima di darci udienza ). Nonostante queste piccole cose, ci tornerei subito e lo consiglio.
