"Extremely satisfied! The location is super convenient, right by the canal. The hotel's design is unique and the service is excellent. They offer a complimentary all-day buffet, so every time you come back to the hotel, you can grab a bite – it really makes you feel at home. The hygiene is also top-notch. In the evenings, there are local-style izakaya street stalls by the canal."

"There aren't many detailed reviews, so I'm writing this in case it's helpful.
* It's spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it's not that great.
* There are no amenities other than shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. They say you can buy them, but I didn't look for them.
* They say they don't change bedding or towels during your stay. There are plenty of towels.
* The microwave and coffee pot are poorly maintained.
* The beds are so hard. The squeaky spring beds are worse than cheap motels.
The subway station where you can catch the airport line is a 10-minute walk.
The concert hall is about a 12-minute walk.
There's a convenience store and the location is great, so it might be a good choice for those who aren't too sensitive or want a spacious room.
There's a lot of dust and spills on the floor, so if you're going to use a desk, it'd be better to use something to sit on."

"The room was a decent size, but the layout was unremarkable. The elevator was quite small. The desserts were disappointing; I only took a few bites before pushing them aside, and they were never cleared. Overall, the service was mediocre. I skipped dessert entirely the next day. Breakfast was also uninspiring, mainly consisting of Western and cold dishes. Perhaps I was just tired of the food after two nights at the Palace Hotel, but it certainly wasn't as enjoyable as Japanese food."

"My experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with even the bathroom corners sparkling. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk service was efficient and incredibly thoughtful; they even proactively offered me a late check-out. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, and the hot congee paired with freshly baked rolls was incredibly comforting. The location is also super convenient, with a subway station just a short walk away. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on my next visit!"

"The balcony is directly above the canal, and next to it is a commercial center, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The environment is quite good. Walking to Hakata Station on a hot day is a bit tiring, but it would be much better if the temperature were lower. It's quite comfortable to drink tea in the sun. Someone mentioned the 𦻒 card group at the front door. 😅 It's a Japanese specialty, but you'll forget about it after seeing it too much. Anyway, the entrance isn't open, so you have to get used to it in Japan. 😅 Running along the river in the morning is a good idea overall, perfect for a family to stay and spend some time. The supermarket across the river to the left of the balcony doesn't have many items, but it's very cost-effective and makes good food. It's better than the supermarket at the back of the mall."

"Great bargain for a hotel for people who just need to catch some sleep in between busy days. You have to do practically everything yourself, but for the price it’s a deal. One great surprise was there was a washing machine. Of course you have to know a bit of Japanese to use it (Google translate), but I was able to even do a quick wash of yesterday’s sweaty clothes. You get your typical toothbrush, comb, towels, and robes. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was clean and expectedly small. I’d definitely stay again."

"This was my first time staying at an apartment-style hotel, and I was a bit apprehensive about the check-in process. As expected, I initially had some trouble getting into the room, but thankfully, I managed to get through on the phone, and with their guidance, I was able to access my room.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities provided were very comprehensive, which was a big plus. For long-term guests, the in-room washing machine would be a huge convenience.
While a slight gurgling sound from the air conditioner was a little distracting, I was so tired that it didn't bother me when I went to bed, and I slept soundly.
I visit Fukuoka frequently, so I'd love to stay here again on future trips. Thank you very much."
