Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view in a state that has over 300 days of sunshine a year. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate. There is a great outside patio to eat breakfast or hang out, full bath, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, plates, cups, tea pot and a coffee pot. There are many amazing restaurants very close by for pick up and delivery but there is not a kitchen in the unit.Louisville consistently makes many top places to live lists in the USA for good reason. It is ranked year after year #1 or as a top 5 city by sites like CNN, Livibility and Money.Louisville places a great emphasis on providing amenities that support the healthy, outdoor lifestyle that Colorado is so famous for nationally. Louisville has extensive bike and walk paths that provide exercise opportunities in open space. What attracts many people to Louisville is the small-town charm. It's one of the few towns in Colorado that still has a Main Street (3 blocks away) lined with historic architecture, a wide variety of small businesses, shops, locally-owned restaurants and many gems like Moxie Bakery which has been twice nominated for the prestigious James Beard Award.Boulder County is an outdoor paradise with an abundance of parks and open spaces, such as the new Louisville Community Park and its adjacent trails, the par-72 Coal Creek Golf Course and the 1,700-plus acres of city-owned open space.Louisville is surrounded by convenience. Residents have quick and easy access to collegiate and professional sporting events, arts, music, theater, festivals, mountains and a host of culturally diverse activities. Though we are just 20 miles from all of the action in Denver and just six miles from the hip college mecca of Boulder, people here talk about their hometown like it's a refuge, not a suburb. This being the most prime location in Front Range Colorado, great skiing, hiking and rock climbing are no more than an hour's drive west.Rocky Mountain National Park is one of the most beautiful places on earth and it is just an hour drive from Louisville. Winter in Rocky Mountain National Park is truly a winter wonderland. Picture the most beautiful place you can imagine, and fill it with snow-covered mountain peaks, glistening snow on the valley floor, frozen waterfalls, and snow-dusted wildlife at dusk; that is a tiny glimpse of the Rockies in winter. It is a magical time of year. One of the biggest benefits of visiting Rocky Mountain in the winter is the lack of crowds. Visitation in December, January, February and March combined is half of the visitation in July alone. You have so many opportunities to experience tranquility during this rejuvenating time of year, and you’ll be able to explore the park in ways that most only dream of.Since most of the trails are covered in snow during the winter, this is a great opportunity to try a new hobby: snowshoeing! Tours and day snowshoe adventures are available throughout the winter. These tours take you to alpine lakes, where you’ll gaze at majestic snow-covered peaks in the distance. Appropriate gear, snowshoes, snacks and an expert guide are all provided. Snowshoes are also available for rental in Boulder, Estes Park, and Grand Lake. Also, just 50 minutes away from Louisville is the the Eldora Nordic Center. Eldora has great downhill skiing plus 40 kilometers of trails for classic and skate style skiing, a full rental service and various instructional opportunities. The Nordic Center offers something for snow lovers of every kind. Enjoy Colorado’s most exciting groomed Nordic terrain and beauty of the great outdoors at your own pace. Adventure guaranteed. Louisville loves the holiday season and the whole town is a Christmas light wonderland. In addition to the entire town turning out for their own parade of lights, 303 magazine voted the Louisville ice rink one of the top five in Colorado. Louisville with full access to the Colorado front range are a great place to visit in the wintertime.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
