Cozy, quiet 2nd-story getaway located next to the ski area. TINY -- for only 1 person or for a couple. Modern but VERY DATED and very rustic condo among several in the building and area. Full galley kitchen with dining at the counter or outside medium-sized deck. NO TV SERVICES AT ALL. Queen bed in a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub located in the hall between the living room and bedroom. Enjoy a wood-burning fireplace, wifi, and free parking right outside.Located in the Village of Angel Fire on the way to the Ski Area.A fully stocked grocery store is located conveniently a half-mile away for your provisions; and multiple food joints nearby, as well as along the main street a little further away.The very high altitude and "dry" climate can cause nose bleeds and/or dry sinuses, and even headaches. If sensitive to that, bring nose moisturizer and appropriate medication. And body lotion.The hot water heater works well for the shower and kitchen sink. It's potable water but bring bottled water if the tap water is not your preference -- lots of minerals. I cook and wash with it but I drink bottled water only when I'm there.The stairway and door constitute a private entry.I will provide you with a passcode for the deadlock. It is in a condominium building with other condos and condominium buildings around. The balcony is a decent size but runs flush against the next-door neighbor's -- so there may be limited privacy out there.The stairway is a bit steep so Tree Top is best suited for ADULT GUESTS ONLY -- no children and pets. It can be slippery with snow and rain -- so please be careful!The condo complex no longer provides satellite TV services. There is no smart TV or Roku.However, I believe the internet connection is strong enough to support those services -- BRING YOUR OWN LAPTOP WITH YOU."Tree Top" (my tiny condo home) is where you connect with nature, peace, each other, and yourself.To walk/hike, to ski, to read, to journal, to talk to one another, to rest/relax/recover/restore/recup - and to interact through games/puzzles.There are books and games inside and the great outdoors right out the door.You can build a fire and watch it, or fill up the hummingbird feeder and watch them.Everyday I hike. Just walk out the door and walk the opposite way on Vail Ave - and you will find wonderful and inspiring forest and views.I go for miles up and then back - and I even lose weight every time I'm there 'cause it is such a workout. (BRING WATER WITH YOU).But you can also drive in your vehicle up there. The C Diamond C Ranch is a private horse and cattle ranch with spectacular views, tall pines, acres of hiking. This ranch is perfect for your boutique style destination wedding, church or corporate retreat, family reunion or just a great get away with space!! Eagle Nest lake is only 2 miles away!The ranch sleeps 30 people in two separate lodging units about 1/8th of a mi apart. An impressive 3 -story headquarters 6-bedroom "Cabin" with two living rooms, two master suites, 5 bathrooms, sun room and loft. The second unit is a separate 2000 sq. ft. second story "Lodge" great room for eating, playing pool, watching movies, and enjoying the views with a wrap around deck. Additionally, the sleeping quarters at the Lodge unit is a detached 6- bedroom newly remodeled "bunkhouse" and large "ranch" kitchen. The bunk house has three bedrooms with a queen or full bed, one room with a queen and a single bed, one room with two sets of bunkbed (sleeps 4) and one room has one set of bunk beds (sleeps 2). There are 2 bathrooms down the hall (European style). both have toilets two sinks, two showers and one has a tub. There is also a creek that runs the entire length of the ranch and a "catch and release " fishing pond. The lodge unit is adjacent to the livestock operation that runs April through October. This condo is just blocks from the lift and walking distance to all the local restaurants, grocery store and outdoor summer music events. Trails End is just minutes away from the ski slopes, grocery store, Country Club and Golf Course. It has two stories of windows that look to the east to catch the beautiful sunrise and the mountains peeking over the tree tops.This three-level home has an entry and garage on the bottom level. When you enter the house there is a small welcome area with a bench to take off boots and a place to hang coats or ski clothes. It has a queen sleeper sofa and a 3/4 bathroom with a shower. There is also a Smart TV which would be a great area for the kids. A full-size washer/dryer is located on this level.The main level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other has a queen bed. There is a large kitchen, dining, and living area with an open floor plan. The east wall is two stories of windows allowing plenty of natural light and gorgeous views available from all three rooms. A gas fireplace and smart TV makes this spacious area great for entertainment and relaxation. Off of the dining/living area there is a deck that spans across the front of the house and around to the south side. It has a large patio 2 different tables seating four at each. There is a new gas grill for cooking out in the evenings. Its a great place to start or end your day!Off of the living area there is a sun room with a quaint garden table that seats four. It has windows around three sides with a great view of the surrounding area. It also has a door leading out to the deck. It’s set up as a game area, There is a variety of children and adult games, some in the credenza under stairs leading up to top floor.The spacious master bedroom is an open loft that over looks the living area and has a king size bed. It has an en-suite full-size bathroom, small walk-in closet, and its own deck.
