It works really well at taking the chill off the room in the early morning.Additionally, a ceiling mounted heater/AC in the living area. And an identical one in the master bedroom. Each operated with its own hand- held remote thermostat. The thermostats are found in their individual brackets attached to the wall in the hallway. This spectacular beach house offers a spacious living room with a new leather L-shaped sofa, and a large leather chair and ottoman. The dining room table is a circular high-top with 6 nicely padded chairs. From the table you can view the ocean during mealtime. The large half-bath located downstairs comes beautifully decorated with more granite countertop. It has its own electric heating source with thermostat, and a cool porthole window our contractor fashioned by hand.
