The house is well-equipped with up to date amenities and wifi suitable for working from home. Beautiful hiking trails and wildlife attracts nature lovers and creative people alike. The village is peaceful and has club amenities for guests to enjoy.This space is comfortable and has multiple living areas to accommodate guests who want to enjoy separate living room activities such as movies, reading or board games without feeling crowded. An open floor plan on the main level combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area, guest full bath and a separate queen-size bedroom and full bath. Downstairs you will find a full-size bedroom, living room and full bath. Large decks on both levels and a large covered front porch allow for full sun or shaded outdoor leisure.Guest accessGuests will have two bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living rooms as well as the kitchen, dining room, two scenic decks, a large front porch/deck, laundry facilities, a lookout perch and outdoor areas.Other things to note:The house has central heating and a wall mounted AC, a wood stove, large TV with Amazon Firestick, an outdoor perch overlooking the mountains, , and large closets. The driveway is long with a steep entrance which may require all-wheel drive or chains when it snows. You are required to carry chains with you in the winter.
