Warm and cozy locally run hotel. Sit perfectly in the old town . Host kindly arrange car pick up from train station and the car stopped just in front of the hotel (not all hotels are accessible by car in the old town as the area is protected . Many visitors need to drag their luggage for some distance or pay a golf car) .
It might not be the big chain hotel but every gesture is sweet and warm . In my departure day it was so early , the host still arranged a car transfer plus a package breakfast for my journey. Very worth with the price and definitely recommend.

Guest UserI had to wait a long time to check in when I arrived, possibly because I booked that same evening and the hotel hadn't updated the order yet. I had booked a city view room, but was told the hotel's order was for a courtyard view, and that city view rooms were no longer available. The hotel offered to let me switch rooms the next day, but I decided against it as I didn't want to go through the hassle again. Later, the owner waived the laundry service fee for me. The next day, they asked for my passport again, saying they forgot to register it during check-in the day before. It really made me wonder what the front desk staff was doing during check-in that night. The owner, however, was quite polite and had a good attitude.
The courtyard view room lacked privacy; I had to keep the curtains drawn all the time, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. The room itself was mostly fine, but the bathroom's exhaust fan might be too close to the kitchen's range hood exhaust, as I could smell cooking fumes from breakfast in the bathroom in the mornings.
Breakfast was just so-so. It started at 8 AM, and by a little after 9 AM, some dishes were almost gone. For example, there were only two fried eggs left, perhaps they weren't refilled promptly. While breakfast was filling, the variety and taste weren't as good as breakfasts at similarly priced hotels in China, so don't set your expectations too high. The figs, though, were good and sweet.
Overall, it felt more like a guesthouse. If you're looking for more professional service and more facilities, a chain hotel would be a better fit. But if you're looking for value for money, it's sufficient for a quick stopover.

Angeluz ArdinesI had a great stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they gave great recommendations on places to eat. The hotel is also in a convenient location, with many attractions just about a 5-minute walk away. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Guest UserA very pleasant bonus was the transfer to and from the train station! Old Street Guesthouse became our home for two days! A clean and beautiful three-room apartment with a separate entrance to the toilet and bathroom. Comfortable beds with soft mattresses and pillows, fluffy carpets on the floor. There was water in the cooler at any time! The breakfast was superb with homemade pastries, delicious scrambled eggs, watermelon, cherry jam, meat pancakes, and coffee. We – three girlfriends from Russia – loved everything!

L.C123The staff were friendly, and the rooms were fairly clean, but no slippers or conditioner were provided. The hotel is located in the old town, a 15-minute walk from attractions and slightly closer to good restaurants. Be aware that the roads are quite narrow with many turns and a lot of traffic, so drivers may need time to find their way; it is recommended to walk out a bit or hail a taxi from the main street.

The front desk staff were excellent, very patiently helping me choose a satisfactory room. Their English was fluent. The breakfast coffee was delicious, and there was a wide variety of food. The location was incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bukhara, and I highly recommend it to friends.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms and great balcony. excellent service! The English at the front desk is very fluent and there is no obstacle to communication! The breakfast type is also good, although it may be because of local habits, most cold dishes. In short, it is the most satisfying hotel on this trip to Central Asia.

Guest UserStop for two nights. The size of the hotel, room and the presence of the balcony played a significant role in choosing. No big claims for accommodation. There is a decent breakfast. The room is large, the balcony was present. However, the room is somewhat unthinkable and not too comfortable, as if under the hotel had been remade the room originally designed for something else. The furniture is modest. To the main sights you will have to walk on the not most scenic streets - no pleasure, especially at night ) Of course, it is always possible to call an inexpensive taxi. In general, the KMK price of $100 per night for this hotel is heavily overstated, Especially according to the measures of Uzbekistan.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Old City, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Perfectly located in the heart of the old town, the hotel offers convenient access to major historical attractions, local restaurants, and vibrant الأسواق, all within walking distance. This made it incredibly easy to explore the cultural charm of the city without needing transportation.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed. They were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and even small personal requests, which added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience.
The room itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comfort. It was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with attention to detail in both décor and amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location, which can often be a challenge in busy areas.
One of the standout features of Boutique Old City is its charming courtyard. It provides a peaceful space to relax, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and soak in the historical ambiance. In the mornings, breakfast was served with a variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day.
Another aspect worth mentioning is the hotel’s authenticity. Unlike larger chain hotels, Boutique Old City offers a more intimate and culturally immersive experience. The architecture and interior design reflect the heritage of the region, allowing guests to feel more connected to the destination.
Overall, my stay at Boutique Old City exceeded expectations. It combines excellent location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodation in a way that truly enhances the travel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay in the old city.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but a taxi ride is only about 100 rubles. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. Breakfasts are European style with several tasty options. There's a gym (a suggestion: please add dumbbells lighter than 14 kg) and a sauna and a hammam. The pool is small, about 2x2 meters. Overall, I really liked everything.
