"Quang Minh Riverside Hotel in Da Nang is one of the most convenient and value-for-money hotels I’ve stayed at within its price range. One of its biggest advantages is its excellent location. The hotel is within walking distance of the famous Dragon Bridge, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The road in front of the hotel is wide and accessible, which makes Grab pickups and drop-offs extremely convenient—especially when traveling with elderly family members or young children. Drivers can comfortably wait for a few moments without causing traffic congestion, something that many travelers will appreciate. The surrounding area is also filled with useful amenities. There is an excellent massage center located right next door, offering quality services at very reasonable prices. Just a minute’s walk from the hotel, you’ll find a fantastic laundry service that is both convenient and affordable. Restaurants, convenience stores, and other essential services are also within easy reach, making this hotel an excellent base for exploring Da Nang. For this stay, I booked the most affordable room category, so the room was understandably compact and cozy. Despite its size, the room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed provided a good night’s sleep, and although my room did not have a window, the ventilation remained surprisingly good. I also appreciate the hotel’s strict non-smoking policy, which significantly contributes to maintaining clean indoor air quality. The bathroom was clean, functional, and comfortably sized. Bath gel, shampoo, and hand wash were all provided. Water pressure was strong and consistent, while the water temperature remained stable throughout my stay. The shower head was clean and well-maintained, which is something I always pay close attention to. The room features marble flooring, which not only gives a premium feel but is also cooling underfoot and easy to keep clean. There is a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers, making it convenient for longer stays. The air-conditioning was powerful, keeping the room cool and comfortable even during warmer hours. Overall cleanliness throughout the room was excellent, including the flooring, which felt pleasant to walk on barefoot. Considering its strategic location, cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility, Quang Minh Riverside Hotel offers exceptional value for money. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, adding to the overall positive experience. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Da Nang with a great location and easy access to major attractions, Quang Minh Riverside Hotel is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended."

This is the best place to stay in Hoi An. Literally just few steps to Hoi An old town. Free bicycle to let you experience the town in local style. Start tour day with varieties of breakfast, and hotel side give us a free upgrade, this is truly heartwarming! The hotel itself is too pretty, clean and helpful staffs really add value to the hotel! Will definitely come back to The Signature Hoi An for the next time!

The room isn't huge, but it's comfortable, beautiful, and has a great vacation vibe. The bathtub in the bathroom is super deep! Anyone under 150cm should be careful not to drown. Taller people or those with larger builds will probably love it. It's great for soaking and the water pressure is excellent. Breakfast was delicious, but the best part was their coffee – it's out of this world! Even though it's prepared by the staff, I suspect they've won barista championships. Seriously, every latte came out perfectly adorned. The juices were also incredibly tasty and freshly squeezed. Aside from the blackout curtains in the room not being very effective, everything else was fine. Though the natural light was actually quite pleasant. There's a 24-hour convenience store about 100 meters from the hotel where you can buy various things. - A quick tip: paying directly at the hotel was cheaper than booking online. - The only downside is the lack of accessible pathways. So, be prepared to do some lifting. There are about four steps between the hotel and the road. - The entire hotel only has four floors of guest rooms, with just three rooms per floor. The top floor has a pool, which is great for photos and has some jets for massages, but it's not really for swimming – though it's fine for kids to splash around.

The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

Staff, food, and beach were all wonderful. There is a sea wall straight out from the beach, which during low tide means there are almost no waves. During high tide there are more gentle waves. At first we were a little disappointed in this as we love the sound of the waves, but when we visited a beach further down, there was no swimming allowed as the waves were too severe. So I am glad we could go swimming any time. The beach is white sand, no garbage, no seaweed, just nice clean sandy beach. The room was nice, but the AC blows right on your head, which my wife does not appreciate. However it was too hot to not have it on, so she spent night with a pillow over her head :) The only real negative is the location. I imagine this used to be a happening area; it is no longer. There is a small shop just in front of the hotel which also does laundry and mediocre massage, so that is convenient. But there is little else in the area. We ended up taking a Grab everywhere. That being said, it was very quiet and peaceful, so it depends on what you are interested in. If you want a place to just set up and stay, the food was good, the beach is great, the staff is wonderful, and the beach was very quiet. Oh, and the spa was fantastic although a little pricey as all hotel spas are.

I stayed for two nights, and both the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. There was a large 'bukbangjang' (built-in wardrobe, or perhaps a large wardrobe) with several hangers, so I could hang my clothes. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. It was truly a pho restaurant! You could make your own Banh Mi, but I didn't care for it (the bread was dry and hard). It was nice to have a coffee machine, and while the menu changed daily, it was mostly similar. The pool wasn't as big as I expected, but it was clean and decent. The location is about a 5-minute taxi ride from Han Market, but there's nothing around the hotel, so the location is a bit of a downside. Overall, though, I was very satisfied with the hotel.

This hotel is relatively new, so the interior is modern. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. After checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage until 6 PM, and they happily accommodated my request. The location is excellent; you can walk to the beach. The room had a washing machine and even laundry detergent. There are also many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. If I had to pick one minor issue, the air conditioner had a slight musty smell, but when I mentioned it, they said they would clean it that day, so I assume it's already resolved. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Da Nang in the future.

The hotel room is very noisy! The reason for this is the balcony sliding door design, which is the same in all the rooms in the hotel, so the problem is the design not the individual room. The sliding door cannot be closed tightly, and there is a gap which lets the noise come through. Because of the old-style door design, nothing can be done to close the gap. My room was facing the sea, and there is a road in front of the hotel, but the traffic noise was not the main concern. The local people arrange beach events near the hotel, with loud music blasting every evening, and it lasts until 23pm and weekends even later than that. The other matter is street vendors on motorcycles, having loudspeakers to promote the food they sell. The food vendors drove around slowly, and often stop right in front of the hotel, with loudspeakers blasting the food service advertising lines, repeating on and one. The noise is very sharp and loud, and it is very loud when in the room too. Basically, I could not sleep in the room until the nightly beach party was over, and food vendors went back home very late around or after midnight. I could not sleep even when using ear plugs.

The room was very nice for my family with four adults. The two-bedroom corner suite was very comfortable with a perfect view. The breakfast has a variety of food choices and was very fresh. The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful and could speak English which made it easier to communicate. Grab taxis were easily available from this location. One. area where there could be some improvement is in the restaurant during the buffet breakfast. It is understandable that staff need to clean up at the given time when the buffet ends. The restaurant does give a tolerance of about 30 minutes for guests to finish their breakfast, for food they have already taken before the closure time. However, staff can be more polite by not hovering near the guests putting pressure on them to eat quickly or pulling the plates before the guests have finished what's on their plates. To help restaurant staff as not coming across as a bit impolite and for guests to have a clear idea of the time they should vacate the restaurant, the hotel can put up a sign at the restaurant that states for example: ”Breakfast timing 7:00 - 10:00 am” ”All guests should vacate the restaurant by 10:15 am” Then at 10:15am staff can start cleaning the restaurant instead of pulling plates, sweeping and mopping when guests are still in the restaurant. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL!

A peaceful and quiet place with a pleasant pool, 3km from the old town. The hosts are nice, but if you need anything... The breakfast (if you can even call it that?) was a disaster. You'll get 2 eggs and a piece of bread 😩. I had it for 2 days and then stopped. Pointless. I made my own coffee with the kettle and had some dry biscuits in my room, which was more substantial.

”I had three different rooms. The first two were okay, but the last one had no window covering in the bathroom, so if you shower at night, you have to be an exhibitionist. The usual stuff: I get stalked by *** people and punks. I told them many times that I am not interested in men, so they start to manipulate you through torture—not letting you sleep with honking noises, destroying your reputation, and making you unattractive to anyone. On top of that, you have teenagers running around in short shorts like bitches. If you look, your reputation as a struggling guy gets even more damaged. I thought I left this kind of ******** back in Europe, but it seems like it's just human nature to destroy people and then point fingers at them when they react badly. Also, people here don't know how to build properly—maybe just general stupidity, sorry—building hotels directly on the main street with this honking culture and then installing windows that are 0% soundproof. It's like they take tourists' money but don't give a damn about how they will sleep. We are not working, we come for holidays, so don't expect us to follow the usual daily routine! I would stay away from Da Nang if you are an older guy on a lower budget and struggling; they will just mock you to death here.”
