"The hot water is solar powered, and there is hot water only during the day, and cold water at night. When I arrived at the store, I found that there was no hot water, no toothpaste or toothbrush. I communicated with the hotel to confirm that it would be delivered at 7 o'clock the next morning, but the next morning they said that the hotel did not have it and would not provide it. I communicated again and asked them to borrow the staff's. A new one was delivered at around 9 o'clock, which was a treasure. I hope the platform can be displayed clearly and guests can prepare in advance. It is an unforgettable experience to go to bed without washing."
