和朋友一起出行住宿這個酒店，其他都好，卻發生了一件事，事情是這樣的，這是發生在我朋友身上，一夜無事，早上醒來翻身感覺皮膚有被東西扎到的刺痛感，翻身找，卻發現了一枚類似“大頭針的東西，馬上叫來打掃房間的服務員，他們也看到了，並承諾會解決的，我們説希望儘快解決，因為我們是過來旅遊的，在英國呆的時間不長，他們也承諾一定解決，回來朋友致電他們他們卻説，你為什麼晚上不説，早上才來説，並且説這是洗衣店的事情，好像讓我們去找洗衣店嗎（好搞笑）？態度很不好，這樣的處理方法能讓客人滿意嗎？這家酒店是我們旅程的前期發生的，之所以到我的行程結束再來評價，我是想比較一下英國其他地方酒店的服務，結果是沒有，沒有一家這麼惡劣的態度對待客人，大概是想你們遊客反正不是在英國常住，這樣對待也是可以的，好像也不懼怕差評，現如今這樣的待客方式很少很少，但要知道“一顆老鼠屎會毀了一鍋粥啊！希望要入住的客人要多注意這家酒店的服務態度和待客之道！

Terrible stay
This is not a 5 star hotel. It's more of airbnb. Be aware, no A/C in rooms. Only noisy fan. It was terrible stay. Room is hot during the day and you can't leave windows open for flies are insects.

Property was very good, nice and clean. And great information from the host, easy access to the room. Would recommend but also point out that the room was not very well soundproofed and noise from outside and downstairs was easily heard.

We did not get enough information when checking in about key fob opening door had to call late in the eve for assistance getting in .
