Super junk breakfast, not made by the chef, it feels cold, not self-help, it gives you bread and boxed drinks, compared with other buffet breakfast, and we went late, actually gave us a The room in the building, the inside smells pungent, strong paint smell, let him change the room, he gave me a second floor, I feel that the thief on the second floor can easily climb into the balcony, no sense of security, bad reviews, bad reviews , bad reviews, don't recommend you to come here, after all, there are really many hotels nearby.

We happened by chance in the Canggu area and we decided to stay in this hotel for 3 nights… what can I say… the place is wonderful, very close to the sea and surrounded by rice fields. Also by chance we met the owner Valerio, an exquisite person who really made us feel at home. This place can't be beaten..I would have stayed for another day. With my wife we really relaxed. From the room the view is wonderful, it really puts you serenity! Greetings to Valerio from Michele and Tania

The hotel selected this time is very good, we are 6 adults and 2 children to go together, each room has a bathroom, there is a kitchen to cook, there is a separate swimming pool to play with water, very convenient, away from Kuta Beach Not far away, but walking is not close, taxi for 8 people can get 50 yuan.

From the time of booking to our stay here at the studio loft, the staff were very efficient and fast in replying to my queries over whatsapp/email. The staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming (always said hi and asked us how was our day) when we went in and out of the hotel. There was an issue with our safe (we accidentally set off the alarm while trying it out) and also our shower heater was not working at 10+pm on 2 separate nights, and when we called the reception, he came up to investigate and fix it within minutes. They even called us the next morning to check that the heater was working and came to replace the battery of the heater. Even checked with us if we needed airport transfer on our second last day without us asking. The service of the staffs and the 24h reception counter are really superb! Thumbs up to Putu and the other staffs for going out of their way to help us!! 👍🏼 The room was very clean and cozy and gave off a quaint and homely feel. The soundproofing is brilliant. Love that the places nearby are generally restaurants, minimarts and Guardian Pharmacy so no need to worry about noises from bars or clubs at night. The room was cleaned everyday. Beds were very clean and comfortable (pillows and bed were just the right softness and comfortable). There was even a desk and desk lamp if you needed to do work. Kettle, cups, hairdryer and mini fridge also provided. The room lighting was sufficient. Bottom of the toilet mirror was slightly worn out and had minor small old stain on one of the floor towel. Toiletries were provided and even shower cap, comb, were nicely packaged. Bath and hand towels were replaced daily and clean. Also love that there was an outer layer of tinted curtain so the room was cooling even though outside was hot (attached in photos) Aircon and Wifi was generally strong and we could watch Netflix on the tv in the comfort of our room (although wifi was a lil weaker on the last part of our last day but overall it was very strong and great). Location of the place was brilliant. There are so many cafes and restaurants and spas near our area (some even open at 7am) that we didn’t have to worry about breakfast or meal options. The pool was nice and relaxing, don’t be freaked out by the Komodo dragon statue at the end of the pool, it’s just a statue 🤣 Overall, highly recommend this apartment! Really impressed by the service standards of the staff! 💯

We stayed in a two bedroom villa for 11 nights. The room is not as it seems on the photos. It was spacious however there were a lot of things that were not up to standard. The linen was dirty - there was stains on the towels. The floor mats in the bathrooms had holes in them - from being so old and worn out. There was an open air area that wasn’t pictured on the website photos and the exposed walls were mouldy. The toilet didn’t flush and I called reception to fix it a few times to no response! By the last day the toilet was starting to fill up with up with excrement. There was no cutlery or even glasses to drink from in the kitchen. There was never anyone in the reception area to help with the problems. The wifi was problematic. Pool was good and location was great. I knew it was 3 stars when I booked and that is fine for what we wanted but this place was sadly not three stars.

Recommend to stay here, best place in ungasan (price good, service all you need) place not for nephews and accustomed to the fives, it is Bali, here spirit! There are no restaurants nearby, but quietly calm and comfortable, always you can reach the main street (1-2 km) there abundance of shops and resistors, recommend he enalu and the hook. Very modern villas, clean, fresh construction. In 5 nights on three with breakfast, 30,000 - very even a hum. His basic, 2 rooms, 3 condea, 3 TV. In general, at the ball not the first time, would have definitely returned here.
